Hey everybody, I heard about this site about 2 years ago but didn't get serious about PE til about last month. I remember measuring about a year ago and I was 6.00" BPEL and about 5.00" EG. As time went on, I started exercising more at my gym, eating healthier, edging and what appeared to be ballooning ( I didn't realize there was an actual term for this; just did it because it felt great for my girth). I would try to hold off masturbation (to the point where I would cum) for as long as I could (edging). After about 6 months of doing this "routine" I noticed I was 6.5" BPEL and 5.15" EG!
I still felt my member was a little small (especially Flaccid) so about a month ago I started a beginner PE routine by Babis which I thought was easiest and took the least amount of effort compared to other newbie routines such as JP90. Before this routine, I was 7.00" BPEL and 5.20" EG. After about a month of this routine, I measured and didn't see any gains so I decided to go ahead and try the JP90 which is highly recommended by veterans of this site.
I did 1 session of JP90 so far and let me tell you what a difference I felt! I had the best EQ that I've ever had (9.5/10), I measured and I was 7.25" BPEL by 5.25" EG!
Edit: Now serious about PE, doing 2 days on/1 day off (JP90). Almost done a full week. Started on Sunday, January 6th, 2013.
Note: I cut off all porn usage that I would heavily depend upon up to last year...am now porn-free for the rest of my life!
My beginner stats:
6.0" BPEL
5.2" EG
Current stats:
7 5/16" BPEL
5 10/16" MEG
Goal:
8" BPEL by 6" MEG and regular EQ of 8-9
My supplements:
1 scoop of whey protein isolate powder after every workout (health)
2 60 mg Ginkgo Biloba (don't take any more)
2 Sodium docusate (constipation)
1 Centrum multi-vitamin
brewed green tea every other day
