First of thank you for reading my log :) hope you enjoy it!

A bit of background information

I had a log before but I didn't stick with my routine. I changed my long-term goal also. My goal is 8,5 x 6,5 now (previous 9 x 6), but I will be more than happy when I reach the magical 8 x 6.

I started in August 2011 and I've gained 0,2' in length and 0,6' in girth already. So I'm 9 months in now. I gained this being inconsistent, I hope I will gain quicker being consistent, time will tell :).

I've changed my routine a lot, and tried different exercises. Still what worked best for me is listed below.

The routine

I'm gonna start off with:

5 minutes jelqing
5 minutes horse squeezes
200 JAI-stretches, grabbing my dick at the base
2 minutes of stretching and massaging my ballsack/balls
2 minutes of fire starters

Every week I will increase the minutes of jelqing and horse squeezes with 30 seconds.

This routine is pretty easy, but I want to start very slow because I can overtrain very easily I've learned in the past.

Oh, and no warmup, my dick gets too tired when I warm up. It's a very basic routine, I'm gonna use low pressure while jelqing and doing horse squeezes. I'm in it for the long run. My cock will get used to the tension and this will very slowly increase. I think my dick is also conditioned to PE. In the past I even did mandingo stretches, inward stretches, etc.

My lifestyle

I'm gonna make a checklist with all things that need to be done everyday. You will notice that during the weekends a lot of these things won't be achieved because in the weekends I go out mostly.

Drinking 2,5 liters of water
Eat 5-6 meals
Drink 2 glasses of milk daily
Take my multivitaminpill
Drink 2 cups of green thea
9 hours of sleep

This to start with, along the way it will probably change, I will probably add some more things but first I need to get used to the lifestyle.

After my exams (end of june), i'm gonna start working out again and running 3 times a week. I'll create a new section called gym then.

Basically I want to organise my life again, and create a healthy vicious circle of improvement for the rest of my life.

Self Improvement

I will try to read atleast 3 books about seduction/sexual techniques/working out/social skills/you name it/... or 1 DVD set of the things listed earlier every month.

This doesn't seem like much but it's much to me because I have a very busy school life.

Love life

I'm gonna post stuff here that could be beneficial to remember for the future .. I'm gonna be honest and open. You will see that my love life isn't that spectacular (still a virgin at the moment), ...

That's all for now... I hope I can live up to these standards and become a better person following this sheet daily. I also hope I can inspire people to improve themselves (even) more.

And yes, my title should be 8,5 x 6,5 :D my bad!

The routine

went well. dick feels warm and hangs well. Still 50 JAI-stretches to go but I'm gonna do them the next time I need to take a piss.
Jelqing and horse squeezes at around 80%. Dick was too excited, just waiting untill this gets better over time.

The routine

Felt good. I really enjoyed it. My dick was more relaxed this time, perhaps still tired from the workout yesterday? I'll keep it in mind and pay attention to it.

It is hard to push blood all the way from the base upwards. I can't get all the way against my body, pubes are in the way. I need to shave that. I prefer trimming, but I'm scared that I'll cut myself (my skin/ligaments is very loose lately at the base, I hope this means my dick is becoming more flexible, so I can stretch him out, my inner dick.). The routine

No routine today. I haven't touched my dick this day, sort of speak. I really let him rest, no firestarters, nothing!!!
I can tell you this: he's on fire!!! He's very warm, my balls hang very low, wich I like + ballsack is also warm. I don't hope this is a sign of overtraining but rather a sign of improvement. The routine


WAS INTENSE!! Howly sh*t. my dick was warm, flexible, bit of skin turned red, ... When I quit my squeezes my dick was on fire! My balls are also still very warm, I could feel that both my balls are against each other, I don't hope this is bad or anything?

The routine

Wasn't as good as always. I have a lot on my mind lately and I didn't enjoy it actually. It was more of a *sigh, I need to do this-moment .. He looked good afterwards, girthier, but that wow-feeling is gone.

Thanks for the tip! As soon as I have some money I will buy it. I've searched it already and my local drug store has it. It looks promising!

Is it easy to work with? jelqing with oil? Because the description of the product says "it absorbs very quick and doesn't leave a fat surface on the skin". I've always used cocoa butter, wich is great, but the oil has probably better ingredients in it..

The routine

Was the best one so far! I had crazy endurance, my dick didn't get tired at all, I felt like I could jelq 30 minutes or more!!! .. I applied a lot of pressure today, I hope I didn't fatigue him or anything but he still feels good. I almost came during the squeezes .. It felt really good!! He felt really warm inside .. I think this is a good sign.

Week summary 1

So it's time for my first week summary. 5 training days over and 2 rest days in between.

Balls are hanging lower (however? more follows later this evening) and flaccid is bigger.
Felt a sting on the left side under my dick earlier this week but it dissapeared.
Need to shave my shaft better so I can improve my jelqing.
base girth looks bigger.
overall girth looks better.
length nothing much.
dick feels warm inside.
My butthole is smaller (?), no joke, because of the ballsackstretching. Weird feeling.

The routine

Felt good! Especially the jelqs .. damn, my glans was pumped!
I do find it hard to sometimes do squeezes, I sometimes do them semi-erect .. Still better than nothing I guess.

After a good workout I love the way my dick looks .. He shines a bit and hangs very loose. It's like he's sweating from a hard workout :D ball massaging and stretching also felt very good. An overall good workout.

However! This afternoon my balls were constantly against my body, they didn't hang loose. it was really weird. I'm having exams currently and I study in our basement. It's cold out there, feels good with the hot wheater at the moment. It studies very well, but my balls didn't like the cold.

I'm all done now, the JAI-streches are also very good. They help my dick hanging well throughout the day.

So tomorrow a restday, He deserves it. Ow, the extra time wasn't a problem at all. Again: only the squeezes are hard to do sometimes, but i'm sure it will become better over time.

+ I'm downloading a dvdset called "ultimate inner game" by hypnotica. he's known for his confidence and inner game stuff so i'm excited to check it out! probably the day after tomorrow it will be downloaded (I'm not always on my laptop).

The routine

I'm on a restday. Nothing special to report actually. He wasn't very active today. He went semi-erect a couple of times today but that's about it. Balls look good.

He's good to go. Can't wait for my routine tomorrow actually!

Edit: nice flaccid hang in the shower. Spot is looking better and better!! Now i'm nervous i'm not gonna train aswell as I always did..

The routine

I had such a shitty day. So depressed right now..
It all started last night. I had only 4 hours of sleep last night. Mosquito's all over the place (it's very hot on my room). I sleep so bad lately. My dick felt very warm (you know that feeling when you wake up, still tired as fuck and it feels as if you're on fire?).

So this morning I had to go to school. Soo tired, omg. I picked up the girlfriend. After school I ate her out. It was good, took a long time but she came, started shivering. I licked the alphabet and sucked on her clit. No fingers inside because she's still a virgin and i'm not sure if i'll make her bleed etc.

I went to the bank and I heard I don't have any money anymore (i'm still a student, only one month of working in the summer). So I needed to pick some from my savings account. It sucks so bad. And I still haven't found a job for this summer. If I don't get a job i'm so fucked. I have those mobilebills every month that MUST BE PAYED. I need money on my deposito.

I came home. I slept on my bed for another 4 hours. I couldn't learn today for my exams. I'm stressed out: no money, exams, reexams in August, still no vacation job, those cellphonebills. I can't take it anymore.

For this reason I decided not to train today. I really was not in the mood. What I did do was some more JAI-stretches: 300.
And I also did the ballsack/balls massaging/stretching for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

No jelqing and no squeezes, It would make me more tired and more stress on my body.

Such a shitday, tomorrow I will continue my routine. It just sucks, one week in and already letting one day go.
I'm thinking about just doing 4in-a-row now, but I don't know if that such a good idea. I think its better to just train tomorrow, restday, and than 2 more days to complete my second week.

The routine

Felt good. However I think i'm on the verge of overtraining. i'm not sure, but my EQ is low nowadays. + squeezes where very hard to do ..
The jelqs felt great, again!!! Such a relaxing exercise.
Ballsack hangs low, It's unreal how much he has gone down since I started massaging and stretching the balls and sack.

I do get semi-erect ones throughout the day, so i'm not sure if i'm overtraining or not.
+ another thing: my dick inside is just like hell would be. So warm, man, not normal. My ballsack is also very warm. I like it a bit, it gives me a nice hang/flaccid throughout the day but still .. overtraining? Oh well, tomorrow restday, won't be bad for him. But i'm really happy with the results already, those firestarters feel so good also.
