So, I'm back. I haven't given up on PE, I have simply been inactive - which I regret. I don't know why I stopped comming here. I have continued to do PE despite my absence, expect for a few weeks around Christmas. I probably needed an extended break anyway as I felt I was plateauing, but I'm gaining again now. I thought it would be best to start a new log for the new year. If for some reason you want to look at my old log it is here.

I'm still with BigAl. Yesterday he started me on a new routine - the simple yet effective 'R' routine:

7min warm up

30mins R jelqs

Stamina work (kegels on one day, edging on the other)

5 min warm down

My most recent measuremnts (20/02/2012) are as follows:

BPFL: 12.6cm

BPSFL: 16cm

FG: 9.7cm

EL: 18.6cm

BEG: 12.6cm

MEG: 11.7cm

GEG: 11.1cm

If you are wondering about the title, I intend to get into pumping very soon in an effort to increase girth, as that is my primary concern right now.
