    So, I'm back. I haven't given up on PE, I have simply been inactive - which I regret. I don't know why I stopped comming here. I have continued to do PE despite my absence, expect for a few weeks around Christmas. I probably needed an extended break anyway as I felt I was plateauing, but I'm gaining again now. I thought it would be best to start a new log for the new year. If for some reason you want to look at my old log it is here.

    I'm still with BigAl. Yesterday he started me on a new routine - the simple yet effective 'R' routine:

    7min warm up
    30mins R jelqs
    Stamina work (kegels on one day, edging on the other)
    5 min warm down

    My most recent measuremnts (20/02/2012) are as follows:
    BPFL: 12.6cm
    BPSFL: 16cm
    FG: 9.7cm
    EL: 18.6cm
    BEG: 12.6cm
    MEG: 11.7cm
    GEG: 11.1cm

    If you are wondering about the title, I intend to get into pumping very soon in an effort to increase girth, as that is my primary concern right now.

      Basically it is a quick one handed jelq. You milk in an upward direction, switching hand every 10 reps.

      Edit: R, btw is the guy who gained 5 inches with this exercise alone.

        I'm having some issues with the R jelqs in regards to getting errections. I don't think I'm use to the speed of them, as I have always done 3-5 sec strokes. I guess I will get use to them in time.

            Ok I haven't posted because I've had my rest days. ATM I'm doing 4 on 3 off - I probably should have mentioned that.

            Tommorow I continue, and also I measure.

              Dammit. I haven't been posting

              Well, in the past 2 weeks I have only managed 5 workouts. So that isn't so good. I will hopefully do the 4 this week though. I need to get consistency back.
