Some thoughts:

I'm currently trying to adjust my pe and my normal gym workouts so that I have enough time and rest. I usually lift 2 times per week and for cardio ride my mtb 1-2 times. My bathmate sessions are a bit weaker directly after working out. Red spots from pumping in general heal very fast. Extending feels a lot more enjoyable for me after a good pump. Mainly aiming for 3 hours of extending on pe days. I tested 6-8 hours per day and that just felt stupid, overkill and forced. Extending with a nice big swolen mushroom head makes fun and has a ton of grip with the noose. Sometimes a slight edema after pumping can lead to a weird feeling while in the extender but I like the feel of having my banana expanded in every way. Feeling the banana is a priority now. Whenever I feel or think I'm in overtrain/hard flaccid territory I call it a day. Restdays are feeling awesome. Currently massaging, helicopter and some light pumping before/after extending, getting that bloodflow back. 8 grams Maca seems to help my libido and seems to overall give me more drive. My pre workout powders are all filled with l-citrullin and a ton of other ingredients (ginseng, green tea, grape extract, taurin etc.) that really kick my ass 30 min before hitting the gym. Also post workout protein shake speeds up recovery a ton. Sometimes using the biggest vac cap for 30 mins and then go inside the extender.

I just started leluv extender and I plan so do it 4 days a week (m,t,th,f) for 3 hours and girth work edge, pump, jelq, clamp (m, w,f). The two days that the overlap, I do girth first and then extender. Today I did 30 minutes of clamp (In 3 sets) and the did 2 sets of 30 min with leluv for the first time (picture in my album).

Thanks for responding to my questions before and I was able to resolve the defective part with Leluv. Looks like I need more rods soon, but it seems like the top part (white part) can pass the rods and may still be useful up to another inch.

After training with the Slider extender for little more than 3 months and some extras I've now done some new measurements.

Back in 2019 I was very frustraded because I failed to gain anything from 3000+ hours of phallosan forte and in 2020 I've done a lot of hanging with all kinds of devices and also failed. Also tried stretching/jelqing/clamping/ads. It got to the point that I wanted to quit PE. But then I decided to go back to what worked for me way back in 2015. I was extending and pumping.

I'm super mega happy to report that I finaly have been very successful in the past 14 weeks of extending with the Slider and also Bathmate/Vacpump. Back in 2020 I barely hit the 20 cm mark. I had my beginner gains in 2015.


Bpel: 8.1 (20.6 cm) +0.3"
Eg: 5.4 (13.7 cm) +0.1"

My Bpfsl has also increased to 22.5 cm.

I'm very motivated so now my next big milestone will be 8.28" that would be 1" length gains all together. Let's see if I can do it. :training1::whip:

It looks like I'm able to gain 2mm in length per month which is absolutly amazing. I'm going to ride this gainswave as long as possible wihout changing much.
I might try jelqing and squeezing more often. I thought about focusing a bit more on girth but ultimatly it's length I'm aiming for. 12 hours of extending seems optimal, sometimes only 9 hours depending on restdays. Haven't had any issues regarding hard flaccid with this routine yet.
