    I'll be camping for the next couple days, so I may finally have to take a day or two off. I've been experimenting with increased jelqing volume and once I figure that out, maybe I'll summarize my current routine. I've been doing roughly 2,000 jelqs a day for the last week or so. I'm still getting morning (and night) wood but I do feel like my cock is a bit more fatigued so perhaps this short break is well timed.

      Measurement Monday. Did the usual rice sock warm-up and 3 minutes of exercises to loosen up.

      BPEL: 7.875"
      MSEG: 5.125"
      BEG: 5.625"

      BEG is up this week and my MSEG measurement of 5.125" was conservative. I was juuust under that 5.25" mark. Maybe if things continue at this pace, I might see a solid 5.25" measurement a few weeks down the line. That'd be something. Feels like I'm in a state of growth and I'm excited to see how long I can keep it going.

      I managed to jelq at least a couple times a day even while camping. Where there's a will, there's a way. It's nice to be back home and able to do my full routine. Speaking of which, I've been playing around with the routine a bit and it's probably time to summarize what I've been up to. Here goes...

      Morning
      • 10 minute rice sock warm-up
      • 15 minutes of bundled stretches
      • Another brief rice sock warm-up
      • 10 set of the following:
        • 100 jelqs
        • 30 second squeeze
      • Edge for a few minutes if there's time
      • 10 minute rick sock warm-down
      Afternoon
      • Bathmate for 20 minutes while showering
      • 5 set of the following:
        • 100 jelqs
        • 30 second squeeze
      Evening
      • 5 set of the following:
        • 100 jelqs
        • 30 second squeeze
      It's a total of 2,000 jelqs per day. I'm trying to do this routine every day, though I anticipate there will usually be a day or two each week that I might have to skip one of the sets. I'm taking most of the same supplements as before, although there are a couple additions: Tongkat Ali and ground celery seeds.

      The bulk of my routine is just alternating between a set of 100 jelqs and then doing a 30 second squeeze. When I combine these two, I can feel my dick expanding and stretching as I go. The jelqing loosens things up, the squeeze stretches the tissues, then the jelq works more blood into the expanded tissues, and so on.

        I think this will be an interesting month. I've settled into this high-volume jelqing approach with good results so far. I should be able to keep it up without much disruption for the rest of the month. I'll be looking to see if I can hold the line at 5.125" MSEG or even make additional gains and I'll be looking for any negative PI's. I'm noticing some signs of fatigue at this higher volume but nothing that worries me yet. Time will tell.

        Seems like there have been some changes to the forum layout recently and I've noticed a (hopefully temporary) drop in activity on some of the threads I subscribe to. I hope everything's okay. I plan to keep posting here and I'm hoping to see things pick back up.

          On a whim, I decided to bust out the old air pump. I use my Bathmate pretty much daily but haven't used the air pump in months. Instead of my morning post-routine warm-down, I used the air pump around 2-5hg for about 15 minutes.

          I noticed immediately that the feeling was pretty intense even at the lower range, most likely because I was already pretty worn out from doing 1,000 jelqs. I feel fine after 15 minutes in the pump and I'm not seeing any edema. Not sure if I'll continue this but I figured I'd give it a try. I'll need to keep a close eye on things after I do my afternoon routine to make sure that I'm not overdoing it.

          I feel like my recent gains have come because I've been able to push my limits without going too far. I'm trying to walk that line without doing anything foolish.

            Things are holding up okay but I'm definitely at my limit in terms of volume. Morning wood has been more elusive the last few days and my skin is a little irritated from all the jelqing.

            I've noticed that using the air pump after the morning routine keeps my dick engorged much longer than it would be with just the typical warm-down. I figure that's a good thing as long as it's not just edema so I think I'll keep doing it for now. Today I used it at 2-4hg for 15 minutes.

              After about a 1.5 week dry spell, the wife and I had sex last night and I noticed a couple things. My EQ was weaker but my cock had more girth. I'm sure the high volume jelqing is a factor, but I'm pretty sure that my recent use of the air pump was the major difference. In that past, I've overused the air pump and recall this being the effect.

              I'm not sure why, but for me the the air pump is very different than the Bathmate. The Bathmate stretches me out but the effect fades over the following hour or so and doesn't seem to impact my EQ as long as I don't use it for more than my usual daily 20 minute session. The air pump doesn't stretch me out as much, at least when I'm using it below 5hg, but it keeps my dick somewhat engorged for a lot longer and as I found out last night, it seems to have more of an impact on my EQ.

              I'm thinking I'll just cut the air pump usage down to 10 minutes, instead of 15. Maybe that'll help with the EQ. I still woke up with good morning wood, so I'm not too worried.

              I gotta admit that even with the diminished EQ, sex last night was pretty fantastic. To help with the EQ, I wore a cock ring, which made my dick even thicker. It was pretty amazing to see my wife take it like a champ. I've been worried that she might not be able to handle a larger cock but she clearly can. It's funny... she's always said my dick was great, she likes it as-is, I don't need to change anything, etc. But I dunno... I think she likes a bigger dick.

                Measurement Monday. It's been a week of relative intensity. Not sure what to expect...

                The girth measurements were solid, almost conservative. I'm not knocking at the door of a 5.25" MSEG just yet but I'm definitely holding strong at 5.125" for now. I'm still doing bundled stretches but also working in some more length-oriented stretches, which may have helped get me back to an even 8". This week's measurement isn't a big difference from last week but looking back, I think it represents my largest overall measurement thus far.

                I've continued with the same high-volume routine, however I've been feeling some exhaustion and adjusting the intensity accordingly. There are a lot of small adjustments that I can make: grip strength while jelqing, grip strength and blood pressure while doing squeezes, pressure while pumping. Also, I try to vary the type of grip I use when jelqing so that I'm not just hitting the same spots every time. I can focus on the sides, the underside, adjust the angle, apply more or less pressure at the base vs the midsection.

                Still, I think there's no way I could be doing more volume than I am now, and I may have to cut back eventually. PI's are varied. My dick is mildly sore by the end of most workouts but seems ready to go when it's time for the next one. I've been waking up at night with a hard-on but some mornings the wood is gone. My measurements are the best they've ever been but my EQ has been inconsistent. Not bad but just not as good as it's been.

                My totally non-scientific perspective on this is that there's an ideal state of moderate stress that will allow my dick to grow and push beyond existing limitations. We'll see.

                  I've been taking quick MSEG measurements after my morning routine, although I've rarely noted them here. I tend to be about 1/8" larger post-routine, meaning I'm usually around 5.25" MSEG. I'm keeping an eye on this as a kind of leading indicator. I'll be curious to see if I see a larger post-routine measurement before seeing an increase on one of my typical Monday measurements. Today was a very even 5.25", no more, no less.

                  On a completely different note, I'm still pretty much porn-free and approaching about six months of that. I say "pretty much" because I've occasionally run into explicit photos on Reddit and I've read some explicit graphic novels. I actually really like this approach so far. I generally avoid viewing porn on a screen but I'm giving myself an exception for the printed page. I obviously enjoy the visual aspect of porn in print but it's not over-stimulating and I find that it engages my imagination and feeds into my fantasies. It's a lot more engaging than passively watching porn on a screen.

                  I still think about allowing myself the enjoyment of browsing internet porn again, but for now it still feels like too much... like it'd just suck me back in and my brain would fixate on it again. The graphic novels have been a healthy middle ground for me.

                  Update

                  A few hours after my morning routine, it just feels... tired. Over the last week or so, I've tested my limits with 2,000 jelqs a day. During that time my measurements have held up but my EQ has suffered and rather than acclimate to the volume, I feel like my dick is worn out. I need to learn to recognize my limits and that's what I'm going to do now.

                  I was doing 1,000 jelqs in the morning, 500 in the afternoon, and 500 in the evening. I'm going to dial that back to 600, 300 and 300 for 1,200 total. I think that's a sustainable routine for me right now. There might be some utility in doing one or two days of higher volume once in a while but as a baseline, 1,200 is plenty.

                    After dialing back my routine for just half a day, I woke up with super wood this morning. Glad I made that adjustment.

                    On a completely different note, I'm planning to add mushroom supplements to my mix. It's mostly for the cognitive and mood benefits that some report. Of course I can't help but wonder if there will be any positive or negative impacts on my libido or growth. Right now, I'm looking at Lion's Mane, Reishi, Maitake and Cordyceps. There are so many I'd like to try but the quality stuff on Nootropics Depot ain't cheap.

                    • Great morning wood. Post-routine measurement this morning was a MSEG of 5.375", which is a new high for me. Again, I'm very glad that I dialed it back a little. Things feel a lot healthier down there. Still, I think there may be some utility in dialing it up for a day or two every once in a while. I'm sure somebody's done some research on this.

                      As long as I seem to be gaining, I'm going to continue this no-rest-day approach.

                        Hey, same as last week? I'll take it. As usual, I warmed up with a few exercises for about three minutes or so. I get the feeling like my tunica is a little tighter than normal. I can stretch it out with exercises, but it just feels like it's fighting me and wants to stay tight. This isn't the first time it's felt this way, so no big deal. I may do a little extra light pumping just to keep things stretched.

                        Even after warming up, I could've sworn I was going to measure smaller this morning. It's funny sometimes how my perception diverges from reality. It can also be surprising how much my EQ and size can also be influenced by my mental state. Some weeks my libido is off the charts, my mood is great, EQ is fantastic, and I'm even a little bigger than usual. Other weeks, just the opposite. I've come to realize that neither really means I've gained or lost anything. Gotta just keep going and trust the process.

                        • I've had a chance to use the air pump more frequently the last few days. I was expecting issues with edema after experimenting with multiple 20 minute sessions per day but it hasn't been a problem. I think that keeping the pressure at or below 5hg helps, and jelqing multiple times a day clears out any minor edema that builds up.

                          I've probably already said this but my theory on pumping is that it prevents my tunica from constricting as much and sorta gives the smooth muscle in the shaft room to grow. So basically the high volume jelqing works the smooth muscle to stimulate growth and then the pumping expands the entire structure and provides the necessary room to grow. Am I right? I don't know. That's just my current theory.

                            I'm back to the lazy-ass stretch because it yielded gains for me in the past and it's easy to do. Hell, I'm doing it now as I type. Otherwise, the previously discussed changes in jelqing volume, I do longer squeezes in the morning, and I'm using the air pump. Feels like a solid routine right now.

                            Not much else to report, really. Feeling eager to get to that 5.25" mark but I know it's probably a few months at best before I'll be consistently hitting that number. C'mon little buddy, you can do it.

                            • Just some quick notes...

                              I'm fully back on board with the lazy-ass stretch, which I guess is usually referred to as fowfers. I guess the reason I stopped doing this a while back was that I felt that the pressure of sitting on my dick tended to work against my goal of pumping and expanding it. However, it fits in perfectly with my routine when I do it after a rice sock warm-up but before jeqling and pumping. The fact that I can do fowfers for a half hour (or more) while doing something else at the computer is great. I adjust every once in a while to maintain a constant light-to-medium stretch.

                              It's been great to get back to air pumping as well. If I keep the pressure low, I can go longer without experiencing edema. Again, it's a passive exercise that I can do while I work at my computer. Pretty convenient. Also, I often exercise shortly after my PE routine and I think that pumping helps minimize the inevitable turtling that can happen when working out.

                              The active part of my morning routine (jelqing and squeezes) really only take about 30 minutes these days. My time is at a premium right now, so this great for me.

                              • Measurement Monday. I'll take this one with a grain of salt. I pumped a little extra on Sunday (mid-day) and I feel as if there's a slight residual effect from that.

                                Yuuup. To be honest, it was barely 8", which is often the case when there's extra girth. I'm happy with the extra 1/8" girth all around but I'm chalking this up to a temporary gain from pumping. I think that temporary gains can eventually translate into permanent gains, so I'll probably continue to pump a little extra when I can, as long as I'm not seeing much edema.

                                Regardless, it's great to hit that 5.25" MSEG. The BEG measurement is great too, but I put less stock in that. I get much bigger right at the base but that's not particularly useful unless I'm absolutely balls deep, which isn't even possible with my wife.

                                Nothing else to say that hasn't already been said. Definitely on-track with my PE journey. Feeling like I've hit a groove and it's just a matter of staying with it. The rest of my life is another story right now but hey, I'll take a win where I can get one.
