current maintenance minimum 1 x 7 minute hand pump at maximum pressure a day.

Sometimes i do more but only cause i like it not for progress.

I'll update monthly.

6 minutes of side to sides + 2-3 sessions of 7 minutes hand pump maximum pressure.
Will add 10 seconds daily to side to sides until i hit 9 minutes.
I will try side to sides for 3 months and give a length update monthly.
going to do side to sides every second day.

(going to rest im sore from the pumping yesterday i did alot.) <--- scratch

Scratch that... going to just do 3 x 7 minutes full pressure hand pump in the pm.

ok so i don't flood this thread i'll tell you what the next 3 months are going to be.. and just confirm nothing changes once a week.

Mon - 6 minutes side to sides/ 1 minute helicopter/ 3 x 7 minute hand pump max pressure after pump use the leftover lube to jelq (maybe 1 minute max)
Tues - 3 x 7 minute hand pump max pressure. use the lube to jelq until it goes dry ( 1 minute)
wed - repeat monday
Thurs - repeat tuesday
Friday - repeat monday
Saturday - repeat tuesday
Sunday - rest

Going to add 10 seconds to side to sides daily and helicopter until the routine is 9 minutes of sides and 5 of helicopters.

going to drop the sides all they do is cause pain and i even gone a bit backwards since i started them..

it will be regular 4 directionals from here on out.

New routine 4 directinals 1 minute times 3.. so 12 min total.. plus 3x7 minute hand pump.

so after about 3 weeks or so my stretched flaccid bpel hard pressed is 18.3/18.5

Getting really lucky :)

Basically just doing jp90 (minus the jelq) and pumping 3 times every second day.

so 4 x 1 minute 4 directions then.. 1.5 minutes of side to sides then.. 1.5 minute helicopter is what i've settled with.
every second day.

Off days 3 x 5 minutes full pressure hand pump.

PI are looking good.

This will be the full 90/100 days

took a break for 2 months getting back into it now

4 directional stretching 8 mins first day 12 mins next day then so on till it hits 20 minutes total

I'm trying 7 days a week this time

One thing i noticed just for info sake the length that was lost came back immediately after the first session as did the girth from the pump.

So for me it does go away slowly if not trained but comes back at an extreme rapid rate.

so I've added weight hanging straight after stretches starting at 1 kg for 7 minutes x3

Then will do 8 minutes.. 9 minutes and so on till it hits 15 mins total

After i'm comfortable at 15 minutes i will ad and extra kg and start from 7 minutes x3 again.

So 20 minutes 4 directional stretch + hanging for now.

OK so the routine is going exactly like this after consulting some opinions

20 minutes 1 kg hang
20 minutes 4 directional stretches
20 minutes 1 kg hang
5 minute hand pump x 3

18 how are good. Well dome on your gains so far.

How do you think side to sides has helped you so far? I've added them recently and not sure what they're adding. Could be doing them wrong for all I know. Could you describe your technique? Do you notice grip slipping around rep 60? How slow do you move also?

So slight change i've made is

Pump 1x5 mins
Hang 20 min 1 kg
4 directional 20 mins
Hang 1kg 20 mins
2x5 min hand pump

I changed the pump at the start so it make it easier to hang and it works
