Just started my first routine Sunday October 25, 2020.

Beginning Measurement Stats:
NBPEL = 5.25"
BPEL = 6.00" (MAXED OUT near PONR I read 6.25" 6.0625"(*EDIT: I realized read my Beginner PE measurements wrong!!))
BPFSL = 6.25"
MEG = 4.625"
BEG = 4.5"

*EDIT: I've decided to go with the MAX Measurement, so to keep measurement conditions the same and more consistent. Also so that when I do gain, it HAS to be a real gain and I'll be more sure of the measurements.

FL = 3.5" Cold or 3.75" Warmed up
FG = 3.75"

- I have a problem maintaining an Erection without constant physical or visual stimulation
- it's easier for me to maintain an erection lying down or seated. When I stand I feel like I don't have as much control
- EQ 7/10

Hey my fellow partners in size!

I'm new here but have known about PE for about 10 years now, it's a little embarrassing that I've only now decided to commit to a healthier and bigger Dong. It took a lot of missed opportunities and self-sabatoge because of my insecurities with my size and my ability to last in bed. Every time I missed out on a girl because of my insecurities, that same crappy feeling weighed heavier and heavier on my conscious more and more.

So I told myself last year that I would start getting more of my sh** together and one of them included PE. I procrastinated like I always do and here I found myself during this Pandemic, looking back a year later and realizing I had done NONE of what I had set out to do last year. It's been the worst feeling I've ever had, realizing you had accomplished none of what you said you would and have made ZERO progress.

I've decided to finally stop feeling sorry for myself and DO SOMETHING about it!

I want to be able to look back a year later and be proud of myself that I've improved over the past year and have been able to START something and be CONSISTENT with it. I also don't want to miss out on any more opportunities that come my way so THIS IS IT!

Keeping this progress log also will keep me accountable and will remind me of that feeling I never want to feel again. Regret and shame.

I also realize after going through this forum quite a bit and finally taking proper measurements, that my Member is actually average and no where near as small as I thought it was. How porn warps perception, doesn't it?

Here are my Long Term Goals & Short Term Goals:

:DULTIMATE GOAL(Long Term)::D

a) 10/10 EQ
b) Be able to achieve an erection without relying on visual stimulation aka porn
c) Be able to maintain the erection without physical or visual stimulation. Whether seated, lying down, or standing.
d) Cured my Pre-E. To be able to last as long as I want in bed.
e) Be able to achieve DO & MMO.
f) Flaccid:

e) Finished JP90 Routine. From here decide if I should keep going or change routines.


My short term goals may change as I learn and experience more with PE. But instead of procrastinating and telling myself I need to know everything before I start...

I think I'll just Start Now, and learn as I go.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

Jelqing seems to be the toughest for me to grasp, I have a lot of extra skin so when I'm jelqing I have the problem of moving the skin and being unsure if I'm moving any blood. Since I'm just starting out, I've been erring on a lighter grip starting out.

THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

Today's the first day I start PE officially. I was initially going to go through with JP90's routine. But I realized I don't quite understand how to do basic jelqing for my Dong yet and instead of overwhelming myself I'd start off simple and decided to follow PESG's philosophy and routine for the next 2 weeks until I get the hang of doing regular jelqing.

And then I'll add on more from JP90's routine in the weeks after.

This week I'm planning on just doing 1 day on 1 day off. Next week I'll start the 2 days on 1 day off schedule.

I have a lot of skin on my dong, so when I'm jelqing I seem to be pulling the skin and don't seem to be moving the blood. But I have also decided to start off my jelqing light to be on the safe side, but I feel like I might be going too light.

- 20 min Warm Up with new Electric Heating Pad I just bought

THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

I found the showering and keeping the dong in a cup of hot water to be kind of tedious and a waste of water. So I went out and bought an Electric Heating Pad and it was amazing. I just plugged it in and wrapped it around my member, and just turned on something to watch for 20 minutes for the warm up. So much easier!

After reading a few posts on here in regards to jelqing uncut with extra skin. I decided today I would experiment more with my jelqs and tried to implement the advice I found to see what works for me best.

I attempted rbi99's advice with jelqing downwards and even between the legs. But I'm finding that my ligs don't really pull and tighten the skin when I jelq downwards unless my Erection is more on the 70%-75% side. I also have trouble keeping more erect when I'm standing.

I've also seen some users suggest doing 1 handed Jelqs, where one hand holds the skin back, and you use your other hand to do all the Jelqing. Does anyone have any thoughts on doing Jelqs this way? With 1 Hand? Is it still as effective as using both hands?

I'm wondering because I felt like I did the best Jelqs this way, and I was also able to get better coverage jelqing this way. The skin that usually covered the base of my dong that made it hard for me to grip was now pulled back and allowed me to start from the very base and jelq from there.

Again if anyone has insight on doing jelqs 1 Handed while using the other hand to keep the skin back please help a brother out with what you think!

Most of my jelqs have been very light, like just touching the skin light. Just trying to get used to the motions and see what I find comfortable. I again mixed it up trying to find what works best for me, I included a few jelqs that were a little more tight, but not too many.

I'm still leaning towards jelqing with 1 hand while the other holds back my skin. I feel like I'm actually moving the blood and less so my skin when I jelq.

I found myself today looking at porn to get my dong erect enough to jelq. No excuses I didn't need to I just wanted to.

After the jelqing I was too aroused from the porn and decided to masturbate. But I managed to stop myself from ejaculating and ended up edging for about 15 minutes instead.

I wanted to remeasure my BPEL because I didn't think I had good enough measurement photos and wanted a retake. I got a little carried away and masturbated to climax. It seems after reading around that it's not a deal breaker if you do it before you start your PE Routine.

I experimented with different ways of jelqing. But for the most part I keep a very light touch on my donger, not even to the point where I could feel the blood moving, just trying to get the motions right.

My PI's seem to be positive so I'm going to start doing 2 days on 1 day off now. And jelqing with a slightly tighter grip

Starting today I'm going with 2 on 1 off schedule. I've tightened my jelq grip this session. Though some jelqs were probably too tight. It was a varied grip strength throughout though the grip is tighter now compared to last weeks where I mostly had my O.K. Grip glide on the skin lightly.

Edged today, hit the PONR and held a reverse kegel, came a little bit. I've been watching porn to get my erection going for my jelqing sessions. I then find myself very aroused after and end up Edging.

Jelqing with a tighter grip now, have found myself gripping a little too tight for my beginner self but when I do it this way I can see my Glans engorged and it feels like I'm actually putting some work and feel the pressure build as I move the blood up the shaft. But I decided to loosen it up a little more where I can't see the Glans engorged but there's clear pressure on the shaft.

I do prefer the tighter grip where I can see the Glans engorge as I move up the shaft, but I'm going to play it safe for now.

Nov 5, 2020 - Off Day

I had this urge to watch porn today and caved and ended up edging to climax for about 1 hour. I really want to stop relying on porn and have been reading some threads about the effects of porn on your brain. So I deleted all my porn and the next step for me is to block all access to porn websites.

I've read up about habits, triggers, breaking old habits and building new ones.

I know the more barriers of entry to do something, the less likely we are as humans to do it. Because we're inherently lazy creatures. So making it harder to access porn will up my chances that I won't fall back to old habits!

And I know one of my triggers to watching porn is when I find myself having a lot of free time and nothing to do, like on my days off work I'll just find myself gravitating to porn because it's a fun way to pass the time.

So I need to plan out my days better and fill them with other ways to entertain myself or fill them with more productive things to do!

I'm going to stop relying on porn for my jelqing too, tomorrow when I start my routine I'm going to record each day I haven't watched porn. Hoping for the best! :)

I've learned a lot about myself this year during the Pandemic. I guess spending a lot of time alone forces you to face your yourself and your inner demons. Either I can continue to ignore it or I can do something about it.

Sidenote I woke up having to pee with a really hard morning wood today :)

I noticed my flaccid looked slightly girthier than usual, I wasn't sure if it was edema or something else. But there was no pain so on I went with my routine today.


My stretches felt a little tighter today than the usual, not sure if it's my imagination but didn't feel like I had the best stretch today.

After getting some much needed advice about One Handed Jelqs from the links provided by Dangler, I've decided to stick to this style of jelqing. It works to keep my extra skin from pulling and I've noticed that when my other hand is holding my skin back at the base, my penis gets a little engorged from it, it seems to semi-trap blood into my penis. I feel good about this and after initially trying a few more 2 Handed Jelqs, I did the majority of my Jelqing routine 1 Handed. And it felt good! I've been using a bit more of a tighter grip where I can see my Glans get engorged as I move up the shaft. I'll pay attention to PI's hopefully they'll stay good with the tighter grip.

I'm going to start recording the days I have stopped watching porn. Hopefully this will also keep me accountable!

The morning of I was engorged and my penis felt more elastic and possibly lower hanging than usual which I take as good PI's.

I was having a tough morning mentally and just didn't feel up to getting out of bed or doing anything for that matter. So I went to work and when I got home I did my routine.

Stretches felt good today, I felt like I was getting a good pull and the little guy was conceding.

When I got to the Jelqs I was feeling rather tired and couldn't get my little guy up and I was starting to get impatient. I'm avoiding porn. So I used youtube videos of models showing off & wearing their clothes they just bought to get myself more erect. It wasn't x-rated and there's no nudity and after my Jelqing session I ended up masturbating to completion.

It's not porn but it's still visually stimulating so I wonder if that still counts? I think I'm going to have to restart already cause I feel like I just found a loophole and cheated :p

It's still not as stimulating as porn, so it still counts as detraining in my opinion. From there you could potentially move to jerking off to pictures or stories, and then to nothing. Sooner or later, your brain will adapt to lower levels of stimulation.

I'm adding more intensity to the routine and will slowly work towards the full JP90 Routine within the next 2 weeks. Today I incorporated the entire JP90 stretch routine, EXCEPT I only did 5 reps of rotations for the circle stretches. Will up it to the actual 10 reps next session. Overall the stretches went well today. I took extra time to get used to the new JP90 stretch routine.

I also added 50 more reps to the Wet Jelqs and will eventually up it again to the recommended 150 Jelqs in the routine. I notice that I don't get aroused like some of the other members do when they first start jelqing, I actually notice my penis tends to go down in Erection Level as I Jelq, it seems to like hanging around 30%-40%. Which is within the recommended level to jelq at. But I wish it would stay at higher erection level as I jelq, I sometimes have to stimulate myself to bring it back up again because I want to jelq at a higher erection level.

I watched more youtube videos to get me erect faster and ended up edging for 10 minutes, ended up climaxing a tiny bit holding a reverse kegel to stop most of it.

I am now doing the recommended JP90 stretches in its entirety by upping the 5 circle stretches to the 10 reps listed in the routine. The stretches felt good tonight. After reading Kingpole's routine and his suggestion of going slow and Quality over Quantity. I really took my time with my stretches, and eased into stretching them to full extension. I did have a problem of my grip slipping onto my glans every 3-4 circle reps. I've heard baby powder helps with the grip when stretching.

So after a suggestion by a fellow uncut member petrpan, I thought I'd give Dry Jelqs a try this session. It felt awkward as I was trying to figure it out and I was putting a lot more grip strength into each jelq which I know shouldn't be done by beginners. I was also having a lot of problems getting erect today to do the jelqs. At first I thought it was because of the Dry Jelqs, but now I realize it was because I was buck-naked and my room was VERY COLD. So I jumped into bed to warm up to finish my other 100 jelqs, but it just wasn't warming me up and I ended up opening up some porn to get me going to finish the Jelqs. :(

Then I edged for about 5ish minutes and then climaxed.

I also forgot to warm down!!

Tonight's session was full of ups and downs. LOL. But I'm still learning what's best for me and my unit and enjoying to journey!

Got a few stresses I'm dealing with right now and I think it's affecting my morning wood. Wasn't feeling up to it today as I couldn't focus so I'm taking this day off from PE. Maybe I should just do a 1 day on 1 day off routine instead of the 2 day on 1 day off? I'm kind of liking it.

So I had a suggestion from petrpan a few days ago about Dry Jelqing as a way to deal with my uncut extra skin problem while Wet Jelqing.

I didn't get it at first, but after I read his post I went on to google Dry Jelqs to get more information, I decided to give it a try my last session yesterday. It felt a little awkward the whole time and I felt like I was applying too much pressure, but I wanted to give it a chance so I did my whole routine Dry Jelqing.

I was feeling a little iffy about it this morning too and already had in my mind I was going to switch back to Wet Jelqs my next session.

But an hour ago I stumbled upon Jay1983's Success Story and Progress Log who had amazing gains in such a short time and he had Dry Jelq'd as well. He like Kingpole also talked about taking your time and Quality over Quantity.

So it's my off day today and I thought I'd give it a few goes lying in bed since I already had a bit of a chub going. This time since I was in no rush and I wasn't preoccupied counting the seconds and reps in my head, I was able to give Dry Jelqing a lot more focus and attention. I experimented with more intense grips and lighter grips. And I DEFINITELY have better CONTROL & FEEL of the blood moving up my shaft and engorging my glans as I move my O.K. grip up. And I can do it with a much lighter grip than when Wet Jelqing, sometimes I couldn't feel the blood moving and felt like I was just Jelqing my skin and wasn't sure if I had enough pressure.

I'm going to switch my JP90 Jelqs from wet to dry for the time being. I'm starting to like them a lot more! ;)

I basically took a week off to deal with some personal issues but now I'm back at it!!

I did edge a few times throughout the week. Started PE'ing again starting Thursday 11/19/20

Started back on today after a week off. Decided to go back down to 200 jelqs and work my way up again. Still dry jelqing


*EDIT: I wanted to mention that starting this day I started to end each rep of my Dry Jelqs with a little tug when my grip reaches under my glans. I read it somewhere on MadYogi's Progress Log as he mentioned he did that as well. So thought I'd try it out!

Also apparently jelqing at lower erection levels seems to target length more than girth. I am looking to focus on length right now, and following MadYogi's Log he would Jelq in the low erection level range around 30%-50%, and my banana seems to like staying in that range anyways when I Jelq so I figured this works out for me anyways!

THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

Didn't end up warming up/down today and just jumped straight into the work out! And I upped the Jelqs up by 50 reps as I sensed I could handle more.

Ended up edging for around 40 minutes. Heck, I kinda lost track of time! I hate that I'm back on the porn but it's been helping with the workouts.

15 minute Warm Up with Electric Heating Pad
- JP90 Stretches
- Dry Jelqs 250 reps (1 rep = 1 hand)
- Edged 20 mins with release
5 minute warm down

THOUGHTS/OBSERVATIONS:

Starting to get used to the Dry Jelqs and am really liking them! I get a better feel with them and it's less messy :)

I'm also applying more pressure to some of my Jelqs, also varying the time and pressure per jelq. Most jelqs I spend 5 or more seconds on still with varying pressure. But I've also thrown in some faster reps in there. I dunno change it up ya'know!!
