After postponing this for quite a while, I have finally decided to start a log to record my PE journey. So, here it is, the log of the Southern Prince.

I've already said a few things about myself and my exercise routine in my introductory post. Here, I plan to write regularly on my training regime, my thoughts on the process, and related considerations and issues.

This week:
I came back on the 13th after 8 days of rest.
I'm still following the JP90 routine, with added repetitions and three clamping sessions (minimum 10 minutes) before, between, and after the jelqing sets. I have described my clamping technique in the link above.

13/10: 3x70 jelqs + 3x50 V-Jelqs + clamping 3x10 minutes
14/10: 3x70 jelqs + 3x50 V-Jelqs + clamping 3x10 minutes
15/10: Rest day due to lack of privacy.
16/10: 3x70 jelqs + 3x50 V-Jelqs + clamping 3x10 minutes

To my disappointment, I blew it while clamping today (I was edging while clamping), but nevertheless had a great session. I did a few jelqs while clamping (aside from kegels) and noticed my veins become extra pumped. I think I'll do that again in the next sessions.

3x70 jelqs + 3x50 V-Jelqs + clamping 3x10 minutes (Approximate numbers, I usually go a bit over in repetitions)
I blew it again while clamping-edging, unfortunately. I enjoy it a bit too much, I guess. Overall, it was a very good session.

Some of the stuff on the Fun Fiction forum are very intriguing and can be considered an alternative to pornographic videos. I read a sex story last night while wearing my elastic cock ring. Did the exercise in a rush due to lack of privacy. Not the best session but better than nothing.
One of these days I will be measuring. I feel like I might have had some girth gains since last month.

New measurements today and I gained 0.5 cm (0.2 in) in less than a month!

Previous (25/09/2020): BPEL 6.1, EG 4.33
Current (21/10/2020): BPEL 6.1, EG 4.53

I could feel the girth gains while exercise, however I didn't expect it to be 0.5 cm, which I consider a very good amount of increase, because I took 8 days off in early October. Turns out this break not only didn't restrict my gains but instead cemented my previous gains and helped me make new ones. If I keep gaining on this pace I could be achieving my short-term goal of EG 4.7 in the next month!

Despite the fact that I didn't observe any length gains this month, I am not disappointed for a few reasons: a) there is a chance that I actually didn't properly measure my BPEL, b) I didn't feel fully erected while measuring length, c) during the month I was quite lazy on the JP90 stretches, and focused way too much on girth exercises. Some in the forum consider the jelq and v-jelq exercises to be girth exercises as well. Nevertheless, I will be considering a new routine in the next month, so I will be adding exercises exclusively focused on length gains (perhaps S2S).

New Routine

Yesterday was rest day. Today I decided to start the Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine. Two reasons:
a) needed an exercise that is exclusively for length gains
b) it's less messy than jelqing. For jelquing, I use baby oil for lubricant (goes under the radar, unlike normal lube). Baby oil makes everything oily (clothes, furniture, laptop, etc) and is very visible

So, today:
-Warm-up (7 min)
-Clamping with some edging (around 20 min)
-1,200 s2s (23 min)
-30 squeezes
-More clamping
In total, I did about 40 minutes of clamping, broken down in 3 sets. Maybe I overdid it, but I didn't feel discomfort at any point.
The s2s exercise felt great, however after 1,100 reps I started to feel my penis pulling back. It was the first day so I guess that I need some time to get used to it.

Overall, the session felt great and I can see myself making great gains from this routine.

I didn't have the privacy and time to continue with more clamping and squeezes. Also, it didn't feel great exercising today. My drive was lower than on other days. Maybe it's time to take a small break. I plan to have a week-long break on the 1st of November.

Also, I wore my cock-ring during the night.

I might be overdoing it with clamping but I enjoy the process.

I lost the stretch of the exercises soon after I was done. Perhaps it is a sign of overtraining. I've had a terrible sleep the past 4-5 days and I feel like it definitely affected my PE exercising and my sex drive.

Low EQ today (with the exception of some periods of great EQ), which was a bit disappointing. I was not feeling the girth I've been feeling last week. It made me feel like I'm moving backwards and wasting my time. I will be taking a long break soon, maybe starting tomorrow, and I will be reconsidering my work-out regime. I read about an interesting approach yesterday, I think on a thread by @incogneeetoe (I tried to find and link the post today but couldn't find it) about working on a 4-day cycle with increasing intensity, which I will probably apply after the break.

Aside from PE, mentally I feel terrible and lack sleeping hours. I need to myself together, increase productivity, and take care of my body. Let's see.

I'm taking a break (for recovery/deconditioning) from PE right now. Today I did the stretches for pelvis described on A.4. in the previous post (#14). Overall, it took me about 12 minutes to complete all exercises. They are simple and easy to make, I think I'll be doing them daily for a while.

I plan to make a post summarizing each link I posted in post #14. It would be useful for me to come back every now and then and when needed, and perhaps it will be useful to someone else in the future.

I'm taking a break for resting and deconditioning after 3 weeks of intensive PE. In the past few days my EQ was not the best and I had turtling after exercises. Additionally, it didn't feel right most of the time, I didn't feel myself getting bigger like I did earlier. Also, I realised that I was overtraining, which probably was one of the main reason for the turtling and feeling of stagnation I mention above. I misread (or didn't read carefully) the directions on the Advanced Jelq-Free Technique and started with 1,000-1,200 repetitions, which is considered advanced, instead of starting with 100 for beginners.

After 3 days of resting, I decided to do some light exercises, primarily for EQ and maintaining gains. I started with 20 minutes of start-and-stop, did a few squeezes and some clamping on the way (very short sets), and afterwards 100 s2s (counting every touch as one rep).
Yesterday I tried KingPole's Erection Tea. Taste was good. I had a strong morning wood this morning, maybe the tea is partially responsible.

Considering that I am taking things slow, it was a great session. My EQ was about 9 despite sleeping for less than 6 hours (partially due to following the US election), and I could feel the gains of the previous months. Looking forward to the next months, I'm very optimistic.

Yesterday: Rest day, I only did some edging (stop and start) for stamina (with ejaculation)

Today: Edging (25 minutes) with clamping (approximately 20 minutes), and 20 squeezes. I will probably resume later with some s2s.

Side note: I noticed that when I break down my clamping to two or more sets with small breaks in-between, more blood is pumped and I feel more thick when I resume. Thus, instead of doing a 20 minute non-stop session, I simply loosen the clamp every 5-10 minutes and resume with thicker erections, which hopefully equals better gains.

Yesterday: Rest day

Today: Edging for about 30 minutes, with approximately 20 minutes of clamping. Later I did 50 s2s.

This past week was not great PE-wise, due to lack of privacy. Nevertheless, it's an opportunity to slow things down for a while. Soon I will be increasing the intensity. On a positive note, it's been more than a week since I last watched porn. Hopefully I will be experiencing the benefits of no porn soon. I've already had some good PE sessions without it, and I expect them to only get better.

Between mid-September and the end of October I was using porn to achieve the erection levels required for the JP90 routine, clamping, and for edging. Honestly, the sessions were great and the results was noticeable. I might repeat this at some point for a week or less to have the same level of intensity, although maybe I won't have to if my EQ goes up.
