  • PELord (3.9 inches to 7 inches ALREADY DONE) - Girth Challenge

    I've been a member of the gym since the last year, but I've been doing PE since 2016 and I've gained over 3 inches of bone-pressed-length from manual extending, but still, I'm not happy with my penis fitness because of the following reason:
    1- Poor EQ (6-10)
    2- Below-average testosterone
    3- 3 inches of fat pad (I'm 5'8 and I weigh 200lb )
    4- I wasn't able to gain ANY measurable girth since last year, regardless of my routine, intensity, volume, and techniques (clamping, ulis, pumping, squeezes).


    I have to the following goals for until the end of 2021:


    1- Losing 55 pounds of weight (for better EQ)
    2- EQ (10)
    3- 1/2 of an increase in girth




    If I fail this challenge, I WILL record and release a video of a woman humiliating my penis and donate 1/3 of my monthly salary (just a month..) to a cancer foundation. I post an update weekly on this thread.


    For now on, I have 14 months left! I better start now
    Starting size: 3.8 inches BPEL - 4.3 inches MSEG

    Current lost .5 :-( (11/20/2020): 6.6 inches BPEL - 5 MSEG

    Goal: 8.0 Inches BPEL - 6 inches MSEG

    Wow great gains man.

    Getting it harder should be comparatively easier.

    Move around more, go to the gym, walk/run, etc. Eat better diet. That will improve things.
    05/3/19: 6.25 BPEL, 5.75 NBPEL, 4.67 MSEG,
    12/13/20: 7 BPEL, 6.38 NBPEL, 4.87 MSEG - 22% volume increase
    05/15/21: 7.25 BPEL 6.63 NBPEL 5 MSEG - 32% volume increase
    Short term goal: 7.5x5

      Amazing gains! Congrats. If you lose the weight with plenty of cardio work, your improved CV function will likely also help you with your EQ goal. Good luck!

          3.3 inches length gains is one of the very best achievements I have EVER heard of.

                    I'm sorry but there is literally no way that you gained 3.3 inches in length from doing PE. Where did it come from?!

                    I am skeptical of any claims of non-surgical growth of anything more than one inch.

                      I was also skeptical many years ago, now my total gains are nearing two inches.

                        Skeptical is one thing, but being a naysayer is another. Take a look around the 'Gym, read some of the progress threads, look at the big gainers. Don't just jump in and say " there is literally no way" without considering all the other people here who have "literally" done what you say is "literally" impossible.

                              Update:
                              This week I have done around 5 intense clamping sessions
                              Daily cardio for 20 minutes a day
                              Failed to follow my diet ()

                              Results:
                              No erect girth gain yet, however, penis looks a bit thicker in flaccid and veins and internal tissues are way more visible.

                              Side effects: EQ 4
