    Back on after yesterdayís routine of 200 jelqs, 50 v jelqs and 25 double jelqs. Ive been steadily increasing my pumping sessions to 3 sessions totaling 20 min. Ive also gotten to a solid 10-13 min pump at the end that really helps stretch out my ligaments. My length gains have been coming in pretty good but Iíll have to wait another week or so for a measurement.

      Another great session today after a long work out and morning sex with my girl. I was able to get to 200 jelqs and 40 v jelqs, with 2 pumping sessions totaling 15 min. I had to cut it a little short because I needed to visit some family, but after tomorrow Iíll have a couple days off to rest and get things done around house.

        Yesterday managed to get in a good girth work out to end my routine. I did a few compressions and about 15 horse squeeze, but I really focused on pumping. I did a total of 25 min, started after stretch with a flaccid pump for 5 min, then after the routine I managed two 10 min pumps fully erect with increasing pressure and hot water! Iím glad I went longer with pumping because me and my girl have been going at it alit recently. 3 times yesterday and sheís still txting me wanting more!! Iím taking the next two days off so Iíll have plenty of time to spend in bed with her! This routine has been giving me good growth but my EQ is thru the roof!

          Back on today and focused on length. Did my usual warm up of multi direction stretching, cork screw and h stretch for 1 min each. I worked in 300 slow jelqs with 50 v jelqs and 25 double jelqs. I finished with a hot water pump for 12 min. Feel reinvigorated after a few days off and some quality time with my woman. Now Iím geared up for a PE filled weekend!!

            After yesterdayís session of length I woke with the strongest erection of my life!! I could feel my heart beat and I thought I was gonna burst thru my pj pants. After a quickie with my girl I worked out and did a girth session. I was able to get to 15 horse squeeze and 5 compression. Also I did 2 pumping sessions of ten min each. Iíve been getting much stronger erections lately and my girl has definitely noticed. Hopefully this weekend will be good for us both and I can continue to gain!

              You've encouraged me to try some of your routine. Im hoping to make some decent gains here in the coming months. Definitely need to try the compression and horse squeeze.

                Thanks! Yea they have worked wonders for me and I sometimes find it easier to work girth than length. They have a full description of how to perform them on here so check it out! Along with pumping youíll be much thicker before you know it.

                  Today was a busy day, but I was able to get a full work out and PE session in. I targeted length today and was easily able to get to 250 jelqs and 50 v jelqs, so I took my time and slowly worked in 25 double jelqs. My stretching has improved too, Iím up to over a min now. But the best improvement was in my pumps! I did the usual time and amount, but using hot water, I was able to get to almost 7.75Ē on my bathmate. Iíll have a proper measurement in a week or so, but itís still a good sign.

                    Did a solid length session after work today, got to 200 jelqs, 35 v jelqs and 10 double jelqs. I only did ten minutes of pumping because I had to squeeze my session in before dinner. I shortened my stretching to one min each direction, then made sure to get a few erect kegals in. The next two days are rest days for me, looking forward to taking a short break after a busy weekend!

                      Back in the routine after two rest days, I still edged and did light pumping in my off days. I decided to incorporate some other stretches into my routine and cut down on the number of jelqs. I still did my usual routine of warm up, multi stretches, 5 min pump, cork screw and A stretch. Then I added a few jai stretches, internal stretches, flaccid bends, ended with Viking kegels.
                      I hope the extra stretching will eliminate having to do a lot of jelqs, but I was able to 200 jelqs, 50 v jelqs and 25 double jelqs. Finished with a ten min pump with warm water on high pressure. I also tried ballooning for ten min or so, Iím hoping itíll add extra blood flow to my unit! So far so good and Iíll try to keep this up for a while!

                        Yesterday had a great girth session where I incorporated more of my new stretches. Seems to be going smoothly, looking to incorporate it into a basic routine.
                        Was able to get in some horse squeeze and compression along with 15 min of pumping. I had to take today off, but be back tomorrow!

                          Last night I was able to get in a solid length session. I did some extra stretching after my warm up, some A stretches, erect stretch, and internal stretches. All of which I feel are adding to my routine. I then did a 5 min pump and 200 jelqs, with 50 v jelqs. Able to get another 10 min pump in after.
                          Iím prob gonna take a few days off after today and Iíll have to take a measurement to check progress.

                            Yesterday finished my weekly routine with a girth session and a lot of stretching. After my warm up I did the usual directional stretches, then incorporated some A stretch, JAI stretches and some erect stretches in to the routine. I then did A solid 5 min pump on light pressure which helped me stay hard during the manual portion of the routine. The ULIís, 15 horse squeeze, and 5 compression came out great and I could really feel the extra pressure building in my unit.
                            Finished with a 10 min pump after, where I noticed Iíve been consistently hitting a new personal high in the pump. I hope Iím carries over to length and girth gains and Iíll have to measure soon, Iím closing in on my 3 month goal.

                              Hey Cabba, When did you first add the pump to your routine? I have been reading about how people transition after their conditioning routine with (generally) JP90. I have read quite a few users suggesting to exhaust all options with manual stretching before moving into devices so I am just curious with your opinion with this? Your results are fantastic, great job!

                                I'm interested in this as well, Cabba. I am wanting to transition to more girth-focused routines. Compression seems a bit extreme after only 3 months, but perhaps some pumping is in order...
