Tomorrow on Monday I will be starting the advanced jelq free routine.

After much deliberation I have decided to drop my jp90 style routine with added stretches and extender use. Despite continued gains, work and family life time constraints and conveniences have made it unlikely I will be able to do it any more.

I feel ready for upping my intensity having 2 months pe experience from January to March 18 and 4 months from June to October 18.

My previous routine changed alot over the course and my Wang feels invincible.

I will be starting out with 3 days a week with the jelq free with a low rep range. Over the course of a few weeks I will develop it into the full routine. At the end of 6 weeks I will measure then see what's what.

Bpel 7.8 inces
EG 5.1(this is an old measurement, I'll get a better one later).

First session of the advanced jelq free routine.

I did 20 reps of 5 second squeezes then 150 side to sides.

Even with a warm up and down this took under 20 mins.

I'm going to ad 1 or 2 reps of squeezes daily and 10 or 20 extra reps of side to sides daily.maybe more depending on PI's.

Thanks man. Pretty happy with all this at the moment.

I'm hoping to add some girth with this routine. Fingers crossed.

OK.

So afterthought.

After yesterday's session I think I've got an insight into the intensity.

Weirdly I turtled after my session. I never turtled before with my previous routine.

Today pis are pretty normal. Mrs inch did have a mess around with my Wang last night so I'm not expecting raging PI's this morning.

I won't increase my reps tomorrow. I'm assuming the turtling could be I did too much. It may just be a one off blip so I will repeat the same as last time rep wise then keep an eye on the PI's. I think if I turtle again I will decrease reps until I get more positive responses.

I repeated the same session today. Couldn't resist doing a few more reps.

It felt good.

180 side to sides and 30 squeezes.

No turtling today.

Pis were great this morning. Just waiting on Mrs inch to get back then I'll have an edging session with her.

Awsome.

OK some thoughts on today's session.

Mrs inch and I had a muck about. I've noticed that over my week off and since my glans has been more sensitive. This is all good by me.

I noticed that when I peaked with my ex routine to include extender use that glans sensitivity dropped significantly. Now it's back to where it was.

The session today took about 20 mins again with a quick warm up and warm down.

Day off today.

Pis started out pretty neutral today. However they have improved greatly throughout the day.

I think it's another testimonial to the impact of the intensity this routine delivers. Short and brutal.

I have no aches today but I can definitely feel I've been worked.

Tomorrow I'll do an afternoon session.

Session complete.

Again around 20 mins.
Warm up, hot water, all the way rounds and a few directional stretches.
35 squeezes
250 side to sides.
Warm down, wind mils and massages.

Felt good again. Can definitely feel the ligs pulling and my piece looked monstrous after the squeezes.

2nd day off.

Feels weird only doing 3 times a week. Nice to have the weekends off though.

Pis are great. Morning Wood, sporadic erections, fullness.

So if pis are what I'm going by then all is well.

Trained last night.

I did a quick warm up
35 squeezes
250 side to sides
Some all the way rounds and windmills between stretches.
Edging 30 mins with ejaculation.
Warm down.

I think training in the evening will suit me better so I can fit edging in. Though I think I need more discipline not to ejaculate. However ejaculation didn't stifle gains on my original routine.

Next session on Wednesday. I will up my side to sides and squeezes by a few reps.

Pis are positive this morning. Morning Wood and now fullness. This last few days my pis are great and my EQ has been good too.

Good training sesh today.

Warm up
40 squeezes.
320 side to sides

Those squeezes make it look massive haha.

What I've found is I'm not holding the squeeze for long enough. I try to be disciplined but I count too quickly. So 5 seconds is more like 4 maybe 3 here and there.

I also think I'm doing my side to sides a bit quick.

I will work next time a concentrate better on my timings.

Hey ho, all in all, things are going good. My PI's are strong and my Wang feels fuller when erect. I can see this routine busting my girth points... Hopefully anyway! I have good faith.

Rest day tomorrow.

Full all day flaccid hang

Slight hit feeling in ligs.

So far this routine is great for my PI's. Haven't gone near the ruler since my last official measurement. I might measure at the end of next week, as that will be my half way mark.

Last session of the week.

25 mins all in.. I did.

Warm up all the way rounds a few directionals and hot water.

44 squeezes

400 ish, I lost count lol, side to sides.

Warm down, gentle massage.


PI's good. Really starting to feel this hitting my ligs. But also my tunica.

I'll measure in at the end of next week. Here we go for 2 days off.

Good session this evening. Did a late one.

Warm up
45 squeezes
450 side to sides
35 mins edging, no ejaculation.

Really enjoying this routine. My PI's and eq is really good. The best my general penis health has felt in god knows when.

I've decided to try and bite the bullet and have a go at edging at the end of my routine, despite that I've been prone to ball ache. I don't get premature ejaculation really. But I feel it will help with eq and possibly gains. I figure it can't do any harm.

I don't want to get my hopes up just yet, but my Wang feels thicker. Length is hard to gauge at the moment. I've stayed well away from the ruler.

Day off tomorrow. Hopefully get my oats.
