Hey fellow comrades! Wanted to create this "journal" to share experiences I've had in regards to PE, tell you all where I'm at and where I'm going - "best-laid plans of mice and men!" Feedback is encouraged and I'm looking forward to sharing my journey with you all!

Currently I'm doing the JP90. Just completed my first month today. I previously extended for almost 5 months, took about a year break and a couple of months ago went through the JP90 and then took some time off so I've already been somewhat conditioned.

This goaround I have been more aggressive since my PI's have been indicating that I can take more. So here is my current routine:

  • Wake up in the morning and shower (M-F)
    • 5 minute warm up using a large cup - stick my member in it, let it continuously be filled with hot water, start the timer.
    • 100 wet jelqs using refined coconut oil
    • 2-3 minute cool down, hot water in cup like before
  • Later in the morning and again in afternoon/evening (M-F)
    • Stretches JP90 style
    • Added 4 additional directions - up-right, up-left, down-left, down-right
    • Each time I try to alternate the pattern of the stretches; keeps my dick guessing haha
  • M - W - F
    • Two 7 minute clamping sessions - one in morning and one in afternoon followed by edging

Today is my measuring day; I'm cautiously optimistic.

Supplements

Supplements

These are the supplements that I'm taking:
In the morning I take 1g of l-arginine and 500mg of l-lysine on empty stomach with either orange juice or water.
After a light snack I take ginkgo and swedish flower pollen extract in the morning.
After lunch I take two Volume Pills and swedish flower pollen.
After dinner I take swedish flower pollen.
Before bed I take 3 ZMA pills.
I normally take opti-men vitamins with meal but am currently out.
I also drink 2-3 cups of Steel Horse coffee during the week each day.
On ocassions I take maca powder as well.

One month in. Did not get a chance to measure today. I think it will be better to do it on one on my rest days anyways.
Really happy that I dd not experience any negative PI's from the semi-aggressive clamping sessions. When clamping my burrito gets so thick that I can't even wrap my hands around it. I've been tempted to measue it while clamped but I don't want to go giving myself illusions of grandure lol.

I'm contemplating putting the ol extender back in action next week wearing it after my morning stretches for 2 h before work and another 2 after work.

Really need to work on my reverse kegles. I can only feel them when standing which makes it more inconveint to do them. Happy PE'ing everyone!

Great job starting a log. What are your stats and goals?

Good point. Need add that to my profile. Short term 7 x 5.75 currently around 6.5 x 5.4 but less certain about girth. Will update this weekend.

Measured myself today.
Current stats:
BPFSL - 7.0
BPEL - 6.6
MEG - 5.4

I'm optimistic due to my bpfsl being longer. Any advice guys?

Woke up this morning to an impressive boner. Feeling good about my workouts and wondering where my limits will lay.

Making a big decision today... no porn. I have been encouraged by others struggles/progress and the overwhelming support on this site. It all gives me hope that the beast can be conquered.

Looking towards a brighter future and giving my wife 100% of me. Today I draw the line in the sand, put on my war paint and say lets do this!!!!

Alright, on to another week! Had nice flaccid hang over the weekend and also nice and plump. Taking it as a good sign. This week I up the ante a little more. Introducing the (drum roll).... Extender!!!

This weeks work out plan:
M-F: Warm up in shower, minimum of 100 jelqs, quick cool down. Wear extender 2h before work and 2h after work. Two sets of the JP90 stretches with the 4 additional angles (before lunch and after lunch).

M-W-F: Two sets of clamping for 7 minutes each (before lunch and after lunch).

Sat and Sun: Rest

I will let the PI's be my guide! Happy PE'ing everyone, hope everyone experiences great results this week!!!

On a side note: My apologies for not liking posts. Most of my PEGYM access is from a basic mobile phone (not a smart phone). I have yet to find a way to be able to like posts from my mobile.

Decided to scale back some on the extender usage this week. My skin just can't take prolonged use at this point; getting too irritated. So instead I will just wear it 2h before work.

I have been noticing "ribs" on my member. Not sure what to make of it. They appear to be originating from under my tunica. When I move my skin back and forth the "ribs" remain stationary. Is there any significance to that guys? Thanks always for your help.

Had an awesome day, changing my routine to jelq before stretches was one of the best decisions I have made besides buying an extender.

Today I added the comfort pad to my extender and was able to adhere to my original plan for the week.

Still haven't gotten to the point to where I really feel it after work out. Must have a tough one.

Positive note: Me and the wife were out in the garden and she picked a huge cucumber and said "hey look, that ones like you!" Made my day... :)

I'm starting at 4.7 and I've struggled to gain any MEG at all. Any advice for gains there?

Believe it or not, I went from 4.5 to 5.25 from just wearing an extender. It only took 4.5 months. This was before I knew about PE so I didn't do any other excercises.

The best advice is not to get too big
other wise you will have a hard time finding a willing participant

Noticed something today. My burrito appears longer semi-erect than when fully erect. Hmmm.

Havin some great flacid hangin today. Got to watch it when sittin on the toilet. That'd be my luck gettin a STD because my burrito hung too low and bottomed out in the flusher.

Clamps haven't been as great without the porn but it's all for a greater cause.

Added ashdwanga sp? to my supps. Happy I did. I have a philosophy that you gotta give any supp 3 months to fully kick in. Got high expectations on this one.

Supplements - My thoughts

SO I have been experimenting with a lot of supplements over the years and wanted to share with anyone who gives a crap what I have found to work.

There are two types of supplements in my opinion - those whose effects are noticed from the first dose (like taking Advil), and those that have to build (like taking an antibiotic).

Maca powder - Work in ~15min from first dose. Effects: Amazing stamina/energy increase, no crash. Everyone who owns a yard business should invest in this stuff. I take it before I do yard work and feel like the Energizer Bunny!

Ashdwanga - Just started taking. Works on first dose. Calms nerves - good if you have kids :)

Swedish Flower Pollen - Amazing stuff. Takes 3 months but can start noticing effects after first month. Orgasm amplifier... enough said.

This is my first post on the matter. Will update periodically.

Loving wearing the extender again. 2h this morning and 2h after work. Added a small extension rod. Ahh, that's more like it!

Pulled off 150 jelqs this morning. Love using the coconut oil.

Did two sets of the JP90 stretches + the 4 extra angles. Drank 2 cups of steel horse (aptly named :) ) coffee before my first set of stretches and was battling the erections while stretching. (Anyone with EQ issues should try that stuff lol)

Was thinking about this weekend, may take a 4 day rest with the holiday coming up. It's hard to get workouts in when I'm off work and home. May still do some stretches...

Speaking of the 4 day rest period... I have this "go to" stuff that I get at the gas station called Jack Rabbit or J.R. It's freakin awesome stuff. If I take that with bioperine I'll have rock hard erections on demand for 4 days!!! Plenty of blood flow to the penis if you know what I mean. I was thinking that they may help improve my recovery/resting gains during the 4 day break plus be ready for plenty of action mwa-ha-ha! One time me and the wife went back to back 3 times on this stuff!... anyways, I digress.
