    ++ WRAPPING Technique + BIB-Hanger Settings ++

    So I realize that there are quite a lot of parameters to set for the most beneficial and comfortable
    hanging experience.
    It is also quite difficult and requires a lot of patience and practice to get them right.

    1.Wrapping:

    1. Materials to be used
    2. Length of materials
    3. Required thickness
    4. Hand technique to pull the glans and skin in opposite directions while wrapping

    2.BIB-Hanger:
    1. Placement on the shaft/distance from the glans
    2. Height of the shaft inside the hanger
    3. Angle of the shaft inside the hanger (e.g. parallel, glans higher, etc)
    4. Adjusting the space at the bottom of the hanger using the nuts

    3.General:
    1. Engorgement of glans (ammount of blood)
    2. Tightening of the hanger BEFORE and WHILE hanging
    3. Hanging positions


    I probably missed a few points but I believe that getting these right is incredibly important for the hanging gains.
    Patience and being smart about it!
    I will get it!

    17.July 2019 UPDATE!

    As mentioned on 2.2, the height of the shaft inside the hanger is very important!
    I had always placed the shaft JUST below the upper "teeth" on top of the hanger. JUST BELOW!!
    On the 17th I placed it in about the middle of the hanger, about a small finger from the "closed teeth".
    I even saw a video with this setup but it just completely unconsciously ignored it. Yeah I am dumb I know.
    Result:
    • The grip is MUCH better.
    • The glans doesn't take so much pressure

    Hallelujah??
