    Notes:
    • 120min LG-Hang SD
    • So I tried 2 new methods:
      • circ. tape+ = circular tape method as described in the manual plus an extra piece of bandage(2inch wide) to wrap around the coronal ridge and the top of the shaft
      • alternative+ = alternative tape method like in the manual using a micropore tape, plus that extra piece of bandage.

    • Only minimal(!!) edema. So little that dare I say, I will ignore it. I will keep improving my wrapping.
    • Thank you for all the advice and help!

    • Trying varying pressures and durations to try and figure how to limit the edema of the foreskin.
    • I am getting a strong, irritating tickling sensation these last 3 days. I have to fix this as well!

    Notes:

    • Lower pressure helps reduce the tickling sensation. (which I learned is a warning sign for blisters!)
    • Wraping the glans with the blue tape reduces the sensation even further and wrapping a part of the shaft below the glans reduces the edema.
    • Search for more suitable wrapping method.

    • Edema is now pronounced. I don't know if it´s due to high pressure or the total duration. Probably both..
    • Fatigue in the ligament is also pronounced. I haven´t felt this in a long time. This is nice!
    • I used the formula to calculate strain as suggested by CBateman and I got 2,89%. There was a pre and post workout difference of about 0.5cm. I guess that´s good!

    I only reached 1.2% yesterday but I'm also only hanging with 1kg.

    Most of my gains were in the first year, which was quite a few years ago. I remember that when I was on the right track, my flaccid felt longer and looser/more relaxed.

    That is an interesting formula. I will try it out!

    I'd really love to know what your results are with this formula:

    So calculating strain is pretty easy. It’s post measurement divided by pre measurement minus 1 and multiplied by 100[(Post-BPSFL÷pre-BPSFL)-1]×100
    For instance pre measurement was 21.8 cm and post was 22.4 cm.
    [(22.4÷21.8)-1]×100
    [1.0275-1]×100
    [0.0275]×100

    2.75% Strain for that day.
    I only reached 1.2% yesterday but I'm also only hanging with 1kg.
    On ti the next inch for you ;-)

    • Taking the Hanger of is definitely a workout. I need to figure out a better way..
    • I tried the Circumcised glans taping method. It also feels comfortable.
    • I got some swelling of the foreskin. I am probably using more pressure than needed.

    • This is a whole new experience!! It feels so solid, so comfortable, so reliable!
    • The sleeve is a tank. I can barely stretch it out. It grips so well, I love this! Especially in comparison with other sleeves that I used...
    • I am loosely following the recommended program on the instructions leaflet of the LG-Hanger
    • I used the Uncircumcised taping method without the use of a condom. Feels good.

    And so with the arrival of the LG Hanger that I ordered, so shall a new journey begin. ...a long, enjoyable and comfortable one, judging from how comfortable is to use this vac hanger!


    So how did I decide to buy the LG-Hanger?

    - Well I have always experimented and enjoyed using tools for my PE goals. My repertoire includes the likes of: Captain´s Wench, Bib-Hanger, some cheap chinese vac hanger and ADS device, Bathmate and another air pump.
    So I am not new to devices but none of these really helped me gain any significant size in girth or length. Unfortunately after all the time trying, I never really got to use the BiB-Hanger reliably and comfortably.. it has always been a tedious process for me, with minimal, if any, returns.
    Thus I have made my decision, after so many years, to finally use a "highly-ranked" tool. So begins my slow and patient journey of gaining length with the help of the LG Hanger.

    --> I will be logging my daily progress and be writing a review very soon. SPOILERS... this hanger feels so good!

    One whole year has passed! Not logged a single thing
    Not very consistent of me BUUT it had been quite the challenging academic year.

    Although my PE efforts have subsided, they have NOT stood still. I was playing around with hanging and some girth exercises.
    Now I will do better and start logging!

    I hope every single one of you PE warriors are doing great and staying healthy.
