      I FEEL like my BFSL is progressing nicely. I say I FEEL because I have no measurements from before so no comparison.. Yes quite stupid of me.
      I am trying to ignore measurements until I am satisfied with the technique that I am using and to avoid any discouragement for the time being. I will be sending you soon enough those numbers however, that we discussed about.
      I am very happy to learn of your gains. Awesome job!

              • Is the vacuum spike just the additional increase after the weight is added? Like for example, you pump it to 5 in Hg, add weight, then it goes up to 8 in Hg?

                  Next time, after a rest day, start with lower weight and lower duration!

                    Hey Starting_Somewhere! Welcome to the log.

                    Yes that is exactly it. I pump to 5inHg and when the weight is attached and I start to hang, it goes up to 8inHg.

                        New weight feels good with no issues. Vacuum spike is about 3-3.5 which is great.
