    • However(!) I noticed that my EQ is lower. It makes sense with all the hanging so I will try and incorporate some girth training!

    • Oh what a day... my first LG "accident".

    **The accident**
    Like I noticed 3 days ago, I am not fixing the micropore tape correctly so it slips from the base of the glans and consequently it unsticks/detaches from the meatus. This happened today as well. BUT(!!) while unsticking, it ripped a tiny spot of the meatus and started bleeding. I didnīt really feel any pain, just slight discomfort so I didnīt stop hanging. The wound clotted in the meantime and had no pain, but it was a bloody shock!
    I better learn to tape correctly..

      • Quite scared from yesterdayīs events, I used no micropore tape, just the blue tender tape. No issues.
      • Some girth work to increase EQ. I noticed that I got less edema from pumping than before. I guess the LG is training the glans well.

        • The micropore tape slipped again from the base of the glans... Thankfully no bloody accident this time.

                    • Weight felt good.
                    • Each session I did about 25minutes cold then 20minutes with heating fan and then 15 minutes cooldown. I did notice a difference using the heating and cooling and I believe for the better This is good!

                              • 1.5kg - 2.5%
                              • 2.0kg - 4%

                            Notes:
                            Each weight held for 10minutes cold and then used a ruler and a luggage scale, while keeping the LG Hanger on, to measure BPFSL!
                            I used a pull of 3.0-3.20kg on the scale.

                              • 3.0kg - 5%

                              • 2.0kg - 8.3%

                            Notes:
                            Each weight held for 10minutes cold and then used a ruler and a luggage scale, while keeping the LG Hanger on, to measure BPFSL!
                            I used a pull of 3.0-3.20kg on the scale.

                            • First I need to comment on the accuracy of measurements. Not the best of course since there is human error involved. I will redo it next week with some changes.
                            • Secondly I see a few problems here:
                              • The jump from 5% to 10% is insane and I can only attribute it to a potential slip of the silicon sleeve which completely messed up the measurement.
                              • The 2.0kg used at the end with the 8% strain (compared to the 4% of yesterday) makes me think that either time under strain plays a huge role and influences the measurements, or that there was a measurement error due to the sleeve potentially slipping from the 3.5kg.

                              THe first one from 19 jan looks very decent.
                              You are absolutely right with the 10% strain, this number has to be checked as it is way too high to be accurate.
                              Normally, you would expect the curve to be asymptotic and target the values "4.4-5%" for you (see the picture I sent you via dm).
                              Maybe you can redo the second load strain curve to find your sweet spot.
                              I would also suggest to keep the weights as:

                              ​0.5kg -0%
                              1.5kg -
                              2kg
                              2.5kg
                              3.0kg -
                              3.5kg -
                              4kg

                              And not mixing it up with 2kg at the end. I'm certain that with more time, the strain figures would increase. However, we just need the strain in this particular order to find the weights for your training. It doesnt really make sense to go lower after your max weight and test the strain there.
