    Just a nipple sucker cup with a silicone sleeve and hooked on a knee strap.

    - Wrapping method of the last 2 weeks:
    Using the blue tender tape to wrap the glans, from 1.5cm below it up to 1.5cm above it. Then just wearing the hanger, without any additional tape. The blue tender tape "seals" on its own on the dome of the hanger.

    So it looks that no matter what I do I get 3inHg vacuum spike at 3.00kg.
    The good thing is that the spike from 5inHg to 8, is getting more comfortable.
    --> So I decided to keep hanging at 3.00kg for one whole week.

    Vacuum Spike 5inHg!! That is too much. While I was using the IR Lamp I felt like either the sleeve was extending or the shaft was loosening up. Either way I think I felt like the vacuum spiked also a bit while heating.

    Unfortunately 2 days off.
    I did notice that using 2.0 and 2.5kg I am not getting any vacuum spike. Once I go 3.0kg I get minimum 3inHg spike which is uncomfortable and results in redness of the glans.
    Trying to figure out how to counter this..

    Troubleshoot:

    I tried something different these few last days. I am getting some nasty bruising on the glans and it is becoming a bit uncomfortable to hang.

    - Initially I thought I was using too much pressure with the vacuum, maximum of 6inHg at 7.5lbs. But it was uncomfortable even with 4inHg!
    - Then I thought, maybe heating and cooling down while hanging is causing problems. So I spent a day without using the IR lamp.
    --> Then I realised that when I am hanging with 7.5lbs(3.5kg) the pressure spikes to 9inHg! And apparently this pressure is too much for my poor glans. But when I am hanging with 4.5lbs this does NOT happen!! Not sure how to counter this.
