Hello reader, inquirer, member, or lurker, whomever you might be, hello. This is my progress log that I started back in March when I joined the site. Over the course of my PE career so far I have learned a lot of different information as well as techniques that I have implemented and still do, even with the knowledge that I have this day, I am still learning. The learning curve never ends and neither does innovation or the ingenuity of senior members, veterans, and newbies as well. Over the course of the last 6-7 months I have experimented with a lot of different exercises and techniques and have found what works for me, so far.

My experience with PE prior to joining this site was doing manual hand jelqs sporadically and then I purchased a jelq device. Soon after, I ended up with my first injury from being overzealous and applying too much pressure, so I got a bruise. Since that injury I did only hand jelqs sporadically for another 2-3 weeks and then I discovered this site. I did some basic routines before I joined and started posting, but only started to keep detail after I started this log.

As you may have realized this log is lengthy as hell. I never really thought that it would get so monstrous, but now that it is I don't intend on changing or deleting or starting a new one. This one is going to continue on for however long. But to help out the reader and inquirer, I have compiled my whole careers worth of different routines into a month by month compilation. But be warned that it is just the routines, no measurements or anything else. Just routines. They are all listed below for you to view.

When I first wrote this I thought I could gain in length as well as girth at the same time. But after I hit a plateau and realized that I couldn't I had to add weight to my hanging and break that plateau. So after I readjusted to that, I also readjusted on what I was going to work on. Length first, girth and turkey neck second, and then flaccid last. Easy enough right? I also have readjusted my goal of what I want, my ideal penis.
1st goal: 7" NBP (Achieved: ??)
2nd goal: 7.5" NBP (Achieved: ??)
3rd goal: 5.4" EG (MSEG) (Achieved: ??)
4th goal: 5.6" EG (MSEG) (Achieved: ??)
5th goal: 6.0" EG (MSEG) (Achieved: ??) [If my girlfriend can handle it]
6th goal: 5"-6" FL (Achieved: ??)

Update 5/6/15
After a long hiatus from PE and the gym here I have determined that I am going to get back into PE. I will continue to use this log as it feels like after 83 pages and a long vacation, it only feels right to keep going after such a huge investment in this in the first place.

My new routine will contain some manual work, edging, light jelqing (if time permits), and I will primarily be pumping this go around as it seems like that will be easiest for my schedule and lifestyle.

I have ordered a pump off of Amazon which will arrive on Friday 5/8/15 at which point I will develop my routine and tinker with the actual pump. I'm aiming to start a serious pumping routine by Monday. For this (as I know some people would advise against) I purchased a SizeMatters hand pump with gauge, a comfort seal, and a beginner tube of 1.75" x 9". Already I know I am going to have a challenge with pumping since my nutsack hangs really close to body, but I'm hoping to change that over time, I will eventually dabble in scrotum weight hangers to elongate my scrotal sack and to also work on ridding myself of the turkey neck that I've hated for so long. I will eventually want to get into testicle pumping as well, and will most likely purchase a two stage chamber for that purpose later down the road once I know that I can stay consistent with pumping and it won't be a useless investment that sits there. Right now for my whole set-up I've invested around $70 total, to me this isn't too big of an investment if I can't be consistent with it and was a nice experiment.

Since general health seems to also be a hot topic around here, I will also be including my training programs in my posts (as I track them anyways).

Keep in mind that I now have a fulltime career, still a part time student, and train 6 days a week at the gym, and have to care for two fur babies.

I will also take fresh measurements, and possibly pictures as well to keep with the nature of my original progress log and to also show any gains for the skeptics.

Warmup - Shower
Start time: 3AM
Stretches (30 kegels x 30 seconds) - North, middle, east, west, south
Hand Jelq - 205
Uli - 3 sets x 60 secs per
Power Jelq - 25
Masturbate
Warm towel 3 min cool down

Tonight's plan - taking it easy tonight, girlfriend gave my member a solid 20 minute oral workout, and after blowing a massive load, led to sex (lasted 8 minutes).
Warmup - towel 4 minutes
Stretches - North, South, East, West
Hand Jelq - 75 (probably do more once I get into it)
Power Jelq - 25
Erect Kegels 3x10
20 Minute Edging
Cool down - towel 3 minutes

Hopefully will be able to follow through on that.

As far as I know, 5.5 is less than 5.9.
This is something I'm going to have to remeasure tomorrow, I know my erection was pretty weak and hard to sustain when I was measuring before. Not to mention my ruler was painfully distracting while measuring, haha.

From what I've read and I can potentially be wrong, but doesn't stretching and hanging cause length gains and not so much girth gains?
Because I'm not going for a huge penis, I just want a modest 7" length wise (flaccid doesn't matter to me)

Day 2
8 minutes of stretching (on the phone with my girlfriend while doing it) so nothing accurate to post.
165 Hand jelqs (medium pressure {less then usual})
30 erect kegels (hard time keeping an erection at this point)
Failed attempt at edging
Masturbate
Warm down (shower)

Notes: First ~10 jelqs were discomforting because of overwork on my unit. No ruptured blood vessels tonight either. My member did not look engorged as it usually does after jelq (attributed to less then usual amount of jelqs)
Considering this my first "off" day of the week due to lack of full routine.

Tomorrow will consist of; 200 hand jelqs at normal pressure, 50-75 power jelqs, 3 sets Uli, 10-15 minutes of stretching, edging, and if I can figure out how to properly erect kegel then I shall do some.
Also to do tomorrow; accurately take measurements.

Really excited for any feedback I might receive in this post. While at work today I did a mixture of kegels and stretches (while I went to the bathroom) as well as some other non-related PE exercise (glute tightening), here it is:
Standing Kegel holds: 30-40 holding each for 3-5 seconds
Sitting Kegel holds: 40
Quick burst sitting kegels: 100
Standing Kegel holds: 70 holding each for 3-5 seconds
Sitting Kegel holds: 40
Quick burst kegels: 50
Also did some Kegel/glute flex, kegel for 3 seconds then glute flex for 2 seconds: 20
Throughout my 11 hour shift (stretches): at 8 o'clock degree for 30 seconds 6

I also had the thought of associating/conditioning/training myself where I flex my glutes hard and auto kegel. Any thoughts on that? I also thought about a negative side effect that during intercourse I would start to kegel uncontrollably while thrusting.

Accurate measurements coming later tonight!

I should've asked earlier but do you have any good stretch routines that would help me gain?

I think just following JPs 90 day beginner routine stretches, maybe incorporating a few sets of JAI stretches (there is an excellent video for it, just search for it in the exercise bar) will benefit you. Remember...slow and steady especially in the beginning.

BTW when are those measurements coming? I am curious.

Mine is, where can I learn about how this affects me? Other than the TGC thread. My BPEL is in my sig, and when I started my BPFSL was around 0.4" less.
