    Introduction

    After several forum users recommended me to start a log, I've finally decided to start it. I donít want to fill out a long paragraph about what I've done regarding my premature ejaculation cure because although I have proven certain things, it's never been steadily. The most consistent thing I've done have been stretching my pelvic floor and the truth is that I have achieved some results.

    Current situation


    As to what it was in September, the situation has changed a bit. Iím not anymore ďin a serious formĒ with that girl. We meet us occasionally and I suppose that if things goes well, we will still have some sex from time to time (letís once a week or every two weeks).

    Due to some personal problems and not having sex as frequently as before, my confidence has gone down a bit. Before this personal problems and ďlosing herĒ as my girlfriend (now we are ďfuck-friendsĒ or something like that) I had sessions with her of which I was very pleased of my performance (while drunk and also while not drunk, both without condom). Maybe the no-alcohol days could have been great because I as always we fucked without condom, maybe I lost some of my sensitivity, but also had many days when it was pretty disastrous.

    Now after breaking the relationship, I have had sex with her 2 or 3 times using retardant condoms and Iím not happy at all how they went. First one was completely a disaster, being ultra-aroused and ending in 2-3 min. The second one wasnít that bad, could hold for 10-15 min going fast and hard (canít remember but I was happy since she came twice). The third one, was slightly better than the first but again just 3-4 min.

    Because of this and some other personal problems (self-esteem and confidence) I nearly lost pretty every little confidence I had before.

    Current signs/symptoms
    • PF tension and big number of spams/IK thru the day. I'm realizing that sometimes, in quotidian movements such as rising from a chair or bend over to pick something up, I get a little spasm in my PF. Dunno if this is due to being too much focused on it.
    • Anxiety to perform, general anxiety and over-thinking.
    • Slightly depressed. (nothing really hard but I'm not as happy I meant to)
    • Low confidence on sex and in general (general one has been improving this last weeks).
    • Spams at start and stronger IKs near PONR when masturbating (yeah, I must be honest with myself, Iím not rushing ejaculation but Iím not edging).


    Starting routine


    Physical activity

    • At the moment Iím doing high intensity weight training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I am considering whether to increase to 4 days of weight training or leave the weight training as at the moment and introduce 20í of low intensity cardio (60-70%) on Tuesday and Thursday (Iím trying to gain some weight thatís why Iím planning LI cardio)


    PE Related

    • RK only routine: 30 reps. 3-5 sec. holds twice per day every other day.
    • Deep squats: Iím doing ďfeet on the wall and back on the groundĒ form, and barefoot normal deep squats. Iím doing 3 reps of both holding them for 1í more or less.
    • Edging: Death grip (as it worked well for me). Starting with 20 min mark. Iím planning to edge on the rest days of the RK routine, so every other day. I donít know if this is a good idea or not if Iím getting spasms and have tension.
    • Penis stretching: Doing some every night.


    Here I'm gonna save my progress and my doubts and reflections that I hope they are gonna help me on the way to go.

    1 suggestion for your edging, if your using death grip, don't feel you have to for the entire time or even most of it. You can use death grip up until it's getting too much then reduce the grip, keep going and again when too much reduce, until your basically ballooning or barely doing anything and you've reached in or around your mark, or passed it.

      Yesterday night my first edging session of the routine. Not bad at all imo, edged for 27-30 minutes only hitting PONR and cumming at the end. I progressively increased tightness of my grip to the point that I was playing really near PONR for 15-20 min with a tight grip and 5-10 last minutes with a really tight one.
      I was skipping to rub directly the glans but I stimulated it using my skin.

      One thing that I have been realizing this days is that I'm not happy with myself, not only on this I mean on other things that form my life. I'm not happy with friends that I meant to, some things not fill me as they did before. Maybe it's this slightly depressive state that I'm in to.
      Another thing to improve is my will power on this. I have very sudden mood changes, ringing me down is very easy. I think I should look to improve on this.

        I'm sorry to hear that genuinely.
        What helped me. Other than pre e, told myself I was going to get in shape, start eating right, go out more and actually emerse myself in what I was doing instead of being reserved/ worried, stopped thinking about what other people thought and thought of myself better, may sound silly but telling myself I'm the man, I've achieved a lot and can achieve anything I want.
        Listening to music for about 2 or 3 hours every other day or whenever I could, not doing anything else just lying down or sitting, I'd listen to anything, best is calming classical music, hanz zimmer, Harry Gregson Williams. Don't meditate so this would be my Form of.
        Do whatever you can, don't let something bring you down theres enough of those times in life, and I know it's a clique but it could always be worse.

          Maybe related to your answer I figured something this last days.
          Even when I was still with my ex, had days where she asked me if something was wrong because I looked very quiet and "misplaced". Didn't told her, but it was because I was worring about PE and focusing on my body most part of the day checking to not kegel at all, to check if I was holding my breath...

          Now this happens to me even more, it's like I'm not happy with myself because I am not the joker guy, sociable, talkative I know I really am when I 'm fine. And I think everything is related that I am aware 24/7 to see if my pelvic floor is tense, to check if I'm holding my breath, even when I talk I'm focusing on my pelvic floor. It's like I'm in another place.

          The problem is that I dont know if this is the way to go to overcome PE, at least at the starting stage. The thruth is that is being a suffering.

            What your doing to beat pre e isn't what's making you feel that way. You are obviously emersed in the work but you can do that and still separate it from everything else, not that it's easy, it's different for everyone. But also how much time are you having to yourself? It doesn't have be all about going out, socialising, meeting girls. Alone time is needed sometimes just as much, ifn your like me and are as content in your own company as with friends, family etc. then take a little time to relax, don't have to think only of routine amd beating pre e.
            You do any sports, or any hobbies?

                And don't think about it 24/7, if your holding breath kegelling/ ik'ing during the day, it's fine I still do, the "being aware and eliminating these things" is something to do as much as you can, partially, not be your main focus.

                The only thing I can say to ease your worries of pre e is that you will beat it, I don't know when or how long it will take to see viable progress, but 100% of you stick to working on it, and know yourself you will, then you will. Every morning you wake up and every night before you go to bed, tell yourself this, bu don't just say it know it. Every so often when you see an attractive girl, know that the work your doing will allow you to go balls deep for hours, having her worship your god like stamina.
                That seems an over exaggeration, but honestly it's not.

                  I mean, you need some time alone, just you away from everyone. Whatever you feel is best, an hour or two every few days maybe, it's up to you. But it's good to have time to yourself to focus, reflect, relax, take any pressures off.
                  Sometimes I'll have a string of four or five days where I just go to work, gym, then home and do whatever.

                    This last days I have seen an improvement on my confidence and happiness. Maybe not in sex but an improving in life in general.

                    Today in the morning I had my second edging session (couldn't edge before because I was really busy and not in the mood to). I have noticed an increase in my pelvic floor tension. I don't know if this is due gym workouts or because I have decided not to spend all day obsessed with whether or not I have IK.
                    Another important thing that maybe I'm wrong or not but I think that I'm not used to arousal, it's like it feels uncomfortable and want to end it cumming. Of course at start I have more or less afford it but unconscienly I want to cum. It gets harder to hold when I have been some time playing highly aroused very near PONR.
                    I hitted my first PONR at ~15min, did some light balooning for 1 minute and then I keept going but something that surprised me is that my EQ lowered so much. I cummed on my 2nd PONR (20-23 min mark).

                    Here are some questions that I need to solve:

                    - It's normal that EQ loss after my 1st PONR. It has been on the next 2-3 minutes after balooning.

                    - I have noticed that I my head sometimes goes out of the place, should I try to avoid this and be focused completly on sensations and overall edging or it's ok if this happens sometimes?

                    - I'm avoiding to rub the glans directly with my hand when I stroke. Should I start doing it instead that PONR will come quicker? I don't mean to go really tight at start, just progressively increasing friction.

                      Eq loss can happen nothing to worry about.
                      You should rub the glans when ballooning. If ponr comes quicker, just reduce stimulation ( even if it's barely doing anything). The pace or intensity isn't important, just that you keep it going.

                        Last night I had my biggest orgasm ever. I guess having drunk a few beers helped lengthen the process but I edged for 40 minutes more or less, no lube and with a tight grip. I increased the stimulation level progressively increasing speed (not much, since from the beginning started at a fast pace) and tightness of the grip, to the point of being stimulating the glans directly with my hand at the last 5-8 minutes. I was able to hold PONR the whole session, only hitted it at the 40 minute mark and because I wanted to cum so I increased speed and stimulation on the last minutes. I started to feel that my PF is slighty more relaxed and it was slighty easier for me to use light RK's to relax the tension building as the arousal raises. Even so, I realized that it's still impossible or very difficult to achieve when I stimulate directly the glans with my hand on each stroke (death grip).

                        One thing that shocked me was that after 3-5 minutes after cumming, my EQ was nearly at its maximum, when touched by hand is felt as a rock. My EQ usually falls down after 1 minute after cumming.

                          That is how usually it is normally (well to a point for me). That is why I urge new members who are new at edging for example to do what ever it takes to be erect and edge for 20 minutes (even if they have to do it slowly). I was surprised myself first time I edged for more than 20 minutes how long it would take for my penis to go fully flaccid, before that not even would it go to flaccid state very fast but it will also turtle a little (usually that happened as well when I had an ejaculation with no orgasm).

                          In psychological way this is also important, because looking back when I would last very short (under a minute) my penis would turtle in some kind of like shame, while now it would just lazily take its time to go from fully erected to flaccid, showing some kind of comfortability and pride. That way our penis is a direct manifestation on just how we feel intimately (and why we are so sensitive to pretty much anything concering our penis). Other thing I noticed is also our own habit (or at least my own) of looking at my penis and referring to my penis as if it is not a part of me, which is odd if you think about it.

                          Even beer assisted this is a excellent progress and an solid step forward and will open your body and mind for new advancements. You will also notice in the future how the usage of the word impossible with regards to your premature ejaculation fix progress will decrease.

                            Some rellevant updates:

                            Last friday afternoon had a good 35 min Edging session. I focused on lasting longer (delay PONR as long as possible), dry stimulation, full stroking (death griping) and cumming at the end. I only hitted 2 PONR and the last one was forced by me since I was tired and wanted to cum. I was happy with my session. I cummed at the end because I thought that I was going to have sex that night with my ex-girlfriend (girl I refered at the first post of the thread). It wasn't like that, I didn't have sex with her on friday.

                            On saturday, I stretched, did my RK and my gym workout. At night, she came home and drinked some wine and after that we had sex. Not happy at all how it went... Some things that I can remember is that I was swallowing breathing at the kissing stage (could bring it undercontrol but dunno if it was too late and my arousal was so high), she even told me if I was ok (lol.). I left myself go and missed the control, I didn't even notified if I was tensing my PF or if I was having IK (alcohol wasn't helping to, though). I tried to stay relaxed but after 4-5 minutes pounding, she told me to not to stop (I was near PONR) and I just fastened the pace and I came. I think I shoulda have stopped and let me lower my arousal then continue but I just wanted to cum (dunno, I was drunk).
                            So I have been down sunday and monday but today I recomposed myself and brought myself back to the work. Trying to remember the diferences on my feelings/how i was acting when I could fuck her for more than 20' really fast with alcohol or somedays without it, just on the 2nd or 3rd round and comparing to how I'm atm (dunno if this is correct).

                            I'm trying to be possitive and I will try to improve the breathing and the focus on my PF while having sex. The only bad thing of this is that I think that probably I won't have sex again until some weeks.

                            I think tomorrow I'm gonna give a try to my Fleshlight STU and see if the sensations are similar of a vagina and try to improve on it.

                              This afternoon I did some edging: I started edging with Fleshlight and... wow that is hard stimulation, the suction/compression effect is really harder than a real vagina and it made me nearly being tensing/IK during all the time that my penis was inside. So, after hitting PONR nearly before 1 minute mark I pulled my penis off, waited 30-45 seconds, and tryed again. Again hitted PONR so quickly, It was too hard for me, so I decided to leave the Fleshlight, lie on my back and just use my hand with lube stimulating my shaft and glans (full strokes) with a tight grip (medium tightness). After 10 minutes, I tried again going back to the Fleshlight and I could handle it better but even, it still was too much for me. So, I ended my session going back again with my hand and after some time, I decided to stop and not cum. Whole session has lasted 30 minutes more or less.

                              I think that if I could improve the balance of my PF, not holding that tension when I'm inside the Fleshlight or having IKs when I rub my glans I would dramatically increase my lasting time, noticing the IKs and hard tension when I'm hard rubbing/stimulating me with lube is what is speeding up so much the process.

                              So, I dont know what I must do here... Maybe edging more frequently to be able to handle more stimulation? Must I do it dry or with lube? Maybe a mix of both? If I edge more frequently, will it increase the tension on my PF? Should I skip using Fleshlight by now if it gives me to PONR in less than 1 min or would be better to do some DeathGrip/Balooning my most sensitive spots to reduce some sensitivity?
