  • Premature ejaculation coaches corner.

    As most of you know, my feild for some time, has been physical training to overcome premature ejaculation , the pelvic floor, kegels /rk , edging,mmo and the like.
    At the moment we are fortunate to have a number of guys posting in these areas on this site . Many newcomers are confused by the variety of voices however. I had thought this thread could help provide clarity, to what some may percieve as chaos and function as a masterclass .
    It seems to be that the basic direction is similar for most coaches and the differences are mostly of emphasis. For instance in regard to the pelvic floor I believe in trying to balance between front and back ,kegel and reverse kegel It appears that most other coaches are attempting the same thing but have different ways to go about it . Imac believes in rapidly attaining ability to isolate reverse kegel into front and back rk so as to attack what he believes is the weakest point ,front reverse kegel . JM believes in 100% reverse kegel (rk) routines to get a quick response . Both seem to regard my step by step methods as staid. Minuteman seeks depth and detail to such an extent he can bewilder. Spanky experiments with supplements that others look askance at. Despite my background in mmo, it was Pe zen whose writing on edging method echo through the forum, though he is long gone. Pirate has become an admin and sits on Mt Olympus .
    So guys the subject is physical pre e training, the invite is to all who consider thy teach on the subjest. Points of view on kegel/reverse kegel training progression out of sex , edging and what if any progression to use with it for this purpose and other relevant subjects are welcomed.

      I am glad we have many different opinions. That's how we all learn newer and newer things and through trial and error we can see what works best for us as individuals AND we can help others by giving reasons why to do or not to do certain things.
      Actually Pegasus, I now believe in a 100% reverse kegel routine ONLY at the beginning for people that have severe cases of prem ejac to reset/rewire the system and undo the results/consequences of doing regular kegels all the time without reverse kegels. After my reverse kegels got strong and had great control I noticed I needed to then reintroduce reguar kegels to have the balance that you always recommend because I knew I could use a bit better EQ. I didn't start a regular kegel routine but since I started doing penis enlarging exercises, regular kegels were already in that proccess/training so that's how I stared doing them a bit more. Because of that, i have had amazing erections everytime I have sex now with no problems and no loss of EQ at all as opposed to before, which is a great new change for me. Thanx again Pegasus and everybody else and good luck to everyone new and old.

        Ok so the 100% reverse kegel start, is to get quick response and you then move to a more balanced rotine, so as to avoid eq issues and the like?

          I believe most of us grow up throughout our lives doing regular kegels all the time without really knowing. We do it when we lift heavy weights at the gym, urinate, get worried about something, play sports and especially when we masturbate and ejaculate. We do this for many years, building up that strength, until we find the beauty of revesre kegels to balance things out. Thats why I believe in erasing/resetting/rewireing the system/body/mind by removing regular kegels completely for a long while and reprogramming it with reverse kegels only. The body will then be ready and focused on the new task at hand without the interfearance and back-tracking that regular kegels would cause. We can always go back to regular kegels later when we are ready. It feels to me that regular kegels are connected to the ejaculation proccess with spasms and precum and reverse kegels initiate the opposite. As soon as I did reverse kegels for a while without regular kegels, my huge precum problem pretty much disappeared and my crazy involuntary spasms went away too. Add this with edging/ballooning/no porn/using good lube/constant real sex and the later reintroduction of regular kegels for better EQ....

              I remember going as far as not even doing regular kegels at all during urination, which actaully helps greatly in getting the last few drops out. I had to stand there forever to let them dribble out naturally. Glad those days are over. Hahaha!!!

                My experience was different but then I never had pre e. I had delayed ejaculation and suspect I was" stronger' in reverse kegel. Regular kegels are connected to the ejaculation process and excess strength ie an imbalance towards kegels can cause pre e as described in my implicatios thread .                   My initial problem and what actually caused my prem ejac, as most of you know, was not having a gf for 1 full year, masturbating to porn everyday without lube while sitting on a hard chair(puts pressure on the prostate) and doing regular kegels the whole time during masturbation to that porn. I fixed myself by doing the exact opposite: Edged laying flat in my bed, ballooning the sensitive spots, watched porn without touching myself for 3 months then stopped watching it completely, used great lube, stopped regular kegels, got really good at reverse kegles and started having constant sex with my gf, slowly getting used to the most intense sexual positions.
                  I went from 1 minute to sometimes over an hour.

                    I never had an issue with porn personally, but it keeps coming up as something to avoid . As i remember you have a number of thoughts on this?
                    Of course given my background in mmo I have a number of thoughts on edging however I have no thoughts pro or con on the use of lube .
                    Can you describe what you feel the value of lube is?

                      OK so here are my views on reverse kegels, I'll try and make them as clear as possible.

                      I suppose I should start with a brief history of how I learned them. Well put simply I wanted to enjoy sex for as long as possible. I didn't know about DO's or MMO at the time I thought that a man could only orgasm one way (ejaculation) while a woman has many ways to orgasm, so I wanted to enjoy the anticipation of my orgasm for as long as possible so I started doing reverse kegels (specifically front reverse kegels) thou I didn't know them by that name to begin with, I just thought of them as something I did to extend my pleasure.

                      It wasn't until years later that discovered the kegel exercise to strengthen and tone the muscles of your pelvic floor and I started to do them that I realised that what I'd being doing for years must be the opposite of a kegel because I wasn't contracting the muscles like it said to do in a kegel, instead I was keeping them relaxed by pushing them down or out with differing degrees of force depending on the situation. As I studied more about the pelvic floor and how it's constructed I came to the conclusion that a reverse kegels could only be a stretch of the muscles.

                      The reason that I put emphasis on learning to isolate by doing front reverse kegels is because that's how I learned. When I started having sex if there was any tension in my pelvic floor it was always in the front half and that made my penis more sensitive to I learned to actively relax that area if the sensations got so intense that just relaxing the area wasn't enough then I would use my diaphragm to exert the pressure needed to stretch the muscles into a relaxed state so that the intensity would level off once more. It was when I learned about kegels and the pelvic floor that I learned why the greatest tension was always in the front half of my pelvic floor. It was because of the BC muscle that wraps around the inner part of the penis and when it gets tight and traps blood in your penis it makes it more sensitive and when it starts to spasm involuntary then it can quickly take you to the PONR. That's why I recommend to guys that have Pre e to learn to isolate their BC muscle with a front reverse kegel.

                      So basically my progression was to do front reverse kegels during sex - then kegels and front reverse kegels as a routine - then a four way balanced routine of front and back kegels and front and back reverse kegels.

                        Now I have been critical of the emphasis you place on having a supportive girlfriend, as I feel this is not allways avaiaible.

                        Again this is a difference of emphasis as I do feel it is an advantage. I understand that you feel this is like a boxer has to get in the ring and have bouts and that work in the gym will only take you so far?

                          Ok so again we are moving to balance and this time we are also starting with reverse kegels ,but geting more detailed as you feel front reverse is the most important starting point? You also mention the bracing effect to increase the effect of k/rk which hasn't been mentioned in this thresd till now . i remember talking with Minuteman long ago about this , my conclusion at the end of our discussions was it is good to be able to do isolated or braced as the situation warrants. do you feel the ability ro front reverse kegel can be built in a reasonable timeframe?

                            Having a supportive girlfriend is a good thing to have period, but like you say that's not always an option. There's plenty of guys out there with supportive girlfriend who still suffer from Pre e that's why I think the practice you get from edging is so important.

                            To use your boxer analogy, If a boxer doesn't practice for a fight he's going to get knocked the fuck out.

                              So the question becomes how much does the boxer need to be in the gym and hoe many fights does he need . That is, can a guy with pre e do enough work in the gym that stray hook ups will do it for him?
