Hello, I cannot do Hindi squats as they cause knee pain.

I do want to start a yoga/stretching regimen though because I think it would help.

I was wondering what poses/stretches you would reccomend for Premature Ejeculation, aside from the Hindi.

Thanks.

Planks, Glute Bridge, Frog Pose, Leg lifts, Simple leg stretching ... there are several exercises listed in PreE90 routine, but these are the ones that helped me the most.
In plank & frog pose, I can squeeze my glutes & at the same time engage my lower abs. After few weeks, I was kind of conditioned to squeeze glutes & abs while thrusting, and this has proven a great trick to lower arousal.

Yes there are other stretches you can do for PF stretches.

Try the Happy baby pose. Less pressure on your knees. Check out the sticky posts for Pre E, and click on Pelvic Floor Balance to see the suggestions. But I think with knee issues, do the happy baby.

Also, not sure how bad your knee is, but maybe you can also do the butterfly sitting pose.

All the tutorials on how to are on youtube. Just search the words etc.

So are those all poses that you decided on for the sole purpose of helping PE? If so, have you found it to be effective?

I did some extensive research into it and found that these are all related to the pelvic floor and have an impact on PreE.
As part of a larger holistic approach that included edging/ballooning and a kegel routine, I would say that these did have a good effect,

I started out as a 2-5 minute man, and now can last indefinitely.
