I’m probably not the first or last to document frustrations with Pre-E. Doing this now to hold myself accountable and hope I can see what’s going on.
Firstly past month or so Ive regressed in my earlier improvements. I was pretty consistent in that I wasn’t worried about Pre-E but I’ve had 5-6 bad episodes in a row now again. Bad as in within a minute and feeling as if I’ve no control.
Here’s what’s not been good. Sleep has got worse and why I don’t know. I do have BPH and I’m currently not on any meds for that. I wake each night to go to toilet but depending on wake time (4:30 or after) then I can struggle to get back asleep. Lack /Less of sleep not good for Pre-e. Not as confident with my erections lately. In fact there was a period of a few weeks where I had no interest and that’s odd for me. Also my eyelid twitches involuntary sometimes too - might be related to broken sleep!!
On the good side I’m back running and body feels good in general or best for many years. Feel loose , strong and supple etc. Not doing as much weights anymore but doing more run focus strength for glutes etc. Diet is generally decent. Could the less focus on weights be having such a dramatic effect on Pre-E /ED ?
So I’m seeing doc who specialises in male sexual health in December- it’s a bit away but earliest appointment I can get. He’ll do all bloods etc Not sure what’s up really but I’ll keep trying.
