    It seems to me that your problems are all in your mind.

    First of all, try to eat healthy, rest, sleep well.
    Second, start doing your K an Rk training. If you want to do edging even better, that is going to help you to build up stamina.
    Third, when you have a good erection, put a small towel on the tip of your penis and do kegels 10 or 15 reps. When erection goes down keep edging.
    You will reach a point were you will feel your PC muscle engorged.
    Try slow increments of weight to start with and go from there.
    4th breathing slowly and deeply can help you while doing edging.
    If you have to hire an escort to train you into becoming good in bed so be it. Don't go to see them with a loaded gun, 30 min before hand shoot a blank.
    You will eventually reach a point were you can control PE with your muscle and your mind. Trust me on this.
    Sildenafil will only get you hurt mentally and physically.

      So to get down to what seems to be the most relavant of all my memories these last 4 years.
      I was getting drunk everytime before I went to a prostitute in 2017, it almost never went wrong on me, I was doing it to last longer and sometimes I wouldn't even last so long, especially if not so drunk.
      What's more important, I think, I had a bunch of leftover psychiatric drugs and I started to use antipsychotics before I went to a prostitute, that really made me last long actually. I can't remember having any difficulty getting an erection. This was before constant PE, I would only do a stretch from time to time or something, nothing to gain.
      I had a bad edging technique and a bad habit of ejaculating to porn, but I was ejaculating a bunch of times with no problem, I was so excited to see porn when I got out of prison, I could cum, wash up (1-2min) and if the next thing I saw coming back was the screen on with a nice capture of some big ass or boobs, my erection would almost easily feel like it's coming back.
      THAT FEEL is what I am looking for everytime I am with a woman, sometimes it's impossible to feel.
      So it might be that I could use some time off porn. And it could also be that I have been doing too much edging and pumping and things alike these last 8 days or so, maybe I was overestimating myself.
      But I surely wasn't, I was off mentally, but I suspect it wasn't porn either. I was still seeing the benefits of getting hard easily with prostitutes even way after I watched porn for the first time after so long.
      I REALLY BELIEVE I got tired of porn, not sick of it or something, in a way that I should be having more sex and it's like my conscience. But it's stupid, because it links up with my failures with girls in my youth quickly and puts me in a depression, I feel like I can cry easily again. For example, I see other girls on the street resembling the ones I miss from my youth and I feel myself getting prepared to cry. It's like I feel defeated to a point of no return, I never really experienced a relationship when I was young and I am too old for that now, and I also feel like the women I get with now feel my loss and pity/hate me for it.
      fwiw, I wasn't even taking sildenafil in 2017, wich is a bummer btw, I wish I would have bought me a bunch of these.

        I hadn't read your post, it wasn't appearing for some reason and I kept posting.
        Thanks for sharing your thoughts, I only once or twice experimented with the towel kegels.
        I hope to eventually reach that level, but sildenafil is something that I really like for now.
        I do PE and edging with and without it, with it is much easier, but I can do both definitely.
        I am going again today and I have my mind made up on taking it before. I hope to not need it in the future, but for now I really don't want to take the chances.

          So I had a good time the next day I went, the most important thing I took out of the experience was that after 3min of continuous thrusting, she was begging me to cum faster. She was in doggystyle and whenever I was thrusting harder with a higher EQ and a harder penis she would move away from me a little wich was a turn on by itself.
          I took 200mg of sildenafil to be sure, now I'll be taking less since so much isn't needed, but I did feel a hole lot more in control of ejaculation than before, could be from the 200mg though.

            OK, everytime, take less and less.
            sildenafil. Become more reliable in your PC muscle, when you are inside the girl, remember to breath deeply and slowly.
            if the urge to ejaculate comes, clench the PC muscle 4 or 5 times. If you need to take your penis out for a couple of seconds, no problem, just do it.
            start training with towel raises, first start with nothing and then add weight. That is real PC muscle training.
            Other excersice I do is:
            lay in bed face up
            Grab your penis from the head and star pulling upwards towards your chest, as much as you can.
            Then clench the PC muscle
            You will feel a tug if your muscle is strong.
            Pull harder if you want more resistance
            Do 10 reps. And rest.
            Do more reps if you can.

              Life has been and continues to be amazing for these last 4 years.
              All my failures are so small in comparison to how life feels like everyday, even in the worst days.
              I will do my best to not get into that mindset anymore, I have been making so much progress compared to what I was expecting in ALL domains basically, I was a twisted, dumb, intolerable individual for most of my life.
              I really need to start praying, 5 times every day like muslims maybe, at least a couple of minutes of breathing and coordinated thinking and talking/praying.

                Keep training, try breathing deeply, do meditation if you need it.
                if you train your PC muscle, you will feel in control and you will be able to last very long in bed, till you reach a point you decide when to orgasm.
                PUT A POSITIVE THOUGHT into the universe, of what you want in your life, and you will see the difference, the universe will provide...trust me on this.

                  Thanks for your advice rockonallnite, I have started to be more in control of my ejaculation with a partner now.
                  The milf I was seeing started sucking my dick just recently, I guess I'm doing something right.
                  I still have a lot of experimenting to do before I'll be certain I can last 10-20min of full-throttle thrusting anytime, with anyone.
                  I only take 25mg sildenafil for sex now, it really works great, nothing more is really needed.

                      I don't think you need such a long session. If it helps you reach a goal, like building stamina is ok. The idea is to get pass the PONR and eventually dry orgasm. Then chain that with another orgasm. Till eventually you will become multiorgasmic. Next time you edge, try to go to Ponr as close as you can, then stop stimulation and the momentum will get you there. Feel the shift filling up with pre cum and probably you will squirt a bit with a nice sensation. Stop for few seconds and resume stimulation. You will orgasm but now clench your PC muscle. Repeat the same as many times

                        I've done that already a few times, but it's not totally in my control, I think I already had 5-6 dry orgasms in 10-12 different edging sessions.
                        Today I tried edging a bit, but I noticed because of the last 5-6 days with no edging at all, not even a full erection happening, I would have a difficult time getting to 80-90% even, I actually managed to orgasm with 80%-90% of an erection level, I don't think I even reached 100%. The BC muscle felt weak and empty.

                          What I also wonder is how intensely/frequently should I edge to max erection for 10-20min. Should I do this everyday?
                          I noticed that if I don't do it everyday, I get all the teenager bad habit masturbation sensations when starting an edging session as I was getting when I was a teenager. As in, hard to get and maintain a full erection, porn doesn't help at all unless I am already in a good horny state, not even sildenafil will help, maybe tadalafil a little.
                          This is probably my default mode, having spent such a long period of my life with this particular bad masturbation/no kegeling or stamina training schedule. When I'm in this default mode I only need to ejaculate once and my motivation gets lost, libido suddenly seems to drop very low, I have no interest in porn AT ALL, not even a real naked girl right in front of me couldn't get me even slightly erect.
                          After I managed to edge for more than 2 hours with no ejaculation, I noticed it was the only time when I could kegel an erection with no hand stimulation, but hand stimulation still has to be involved if I want to get to 90-100% and over. After 3-4hours of edging without ejaculation, I had a longer and harder orgarsm, wich I had to manipulate with my hands much more in order the get the best of it and shoot sperm at a distance to the last drop mostly.
                          That was the only time it felt sort of easy to get another erection in 10-20 min time after ejaculation. But FWIW, I took 10mg of tadalafil after I was already edging for 1 hour, another 10mg tadalafil pill along with 25mg sildenafil after another 2 hours of edging. I haven't done this without these pills yet, but I seriously doubt it would even be possible, that's basically the reason I'm taking them.
                          Tbh, I started doing this since 2019, got a lot better in 2020, but only while using both mdma/speed with 10/20mg tadalafil and 25/50mg of sildenafil. I don't encourage it, but it was how I got started. I can now do this without mdma/speed, so I consider that progress. Fwiw I never got injured and also never got sick or anything like that, no serious side effects to report actually, apart from maybe a slight headache towards the end, but I've done this mostly at night up until morning, so I probably felt really tired too.

                            Btw, having sex without edging before is a no no for me at the moment, I wouldn't manage to control myself and would probably end up having ED or pre-e no matter how much sildenafil/tadalafil I would take.

                              Actually, now that I wrote that, I remember this random erection I got in a very cold environment once, I was somewhere else, not at home, and I wasn't doing PE for a few days even.
                              I wasn't taking any ED drugs when this happened, I actually took pictuers and posted them in my progress picture thread but forgot how they happened, lol. I was december 2019.
                              Anyway, the thing is, I was very hard, very random, the only thing I WAS doing was wearing a c-ring all day, everyday, in order to keep gains. I don't know if that was the cause, I still have that ring and I love it, it's even tighter now so more cool, but it was a random erection that popped out while I was having a cold/hot water shower while not in such a comfortable setting, other people were there and I didn't have the most privacy I was used to.
