    Hello,i have premature ejaculation severe i want to mention something i did no fap 3 months,im not watching anymore porn,i did hindi squats exercies and edge no change.Im uncut and i have sensitive gland i just start to touch my gland always when i have the opportunity i just found something strange when i pull my skin on my gland and press i involutary kegel i think what should i do?I dont know if you understand is hard to explain,between ass and penis is happening that like kegel, this make me cum fast? And when im masturbate im masturbate with my skin on my gland.

    You have a sensitive spot. Me too. Sometimes when my gf touches it just right, I get an involuntary kegel.

            To cure my premature ejaculation first.Should i press everytime in that sensitive spot that will work?But when i touch i IK and i think that is not good.

              One option is to keep touching the area and desensitize it over time. But I never really like treating PreE through desensitization. Maybe work on your pelvic floor. Search this site for methods - lots of good info offered by others.

                I will start again hindi squats,edge.I just make a pause 2 months after that i will start again and i will keep touching the area.Can you give me some links for pelvic floor workout?RK

                  Click on the "Exercises" tab towards the top of the screen and you'll find lots of good links.
