  • ...And if abs work out is helping my Pre E that means I need to rest for 3-4 days to see results. And if I do lazy ass abs workout I dont need any rest days and I last for 10-15 min.

    Im not sure about my flat feet stretches relation to pre E anymore because I have done them almost everyday lately.

      This is very interesting to me. I believe that things we ingest may affect our performance. Try this again if you know in anticipation that you are going to have sex and if it is possible (if she wants to go for dinner it will be weird if you don't eat).

      • We need to see progress pictures of your posture man. 4 pics. two from the side, one front, and one back. It'll make a world of difference. Many people have tried to help and that'll be the best thing for you. Also, waiting 3-4 days to see results is not a real thing. It's a slow progression over time.

          I mean resting 3-4 day to see results in real sex not in posture. I have had alot of successes lately in this past 2 month. With successes I mean 10 - 45 mean real sex . Alot of ups and downs.

          • Upsdate: 2 sex session.

            1. I lasted 5min.
            2. I lasted 15min.

            Exersize I have done is squuezing my glans just after ajaculation. If this is the answer for my success, it need to be done just after ejaculation. Not before. Not the day after. Just right away after ejaculation.

            Can somebody tryi this exersise? Its not a time comsuming at all. You need to tryi it 1-2 times only. This is not something you need to do for 2-6 month.

            After ejaculation squueze your glans for 10 min. Thats all.

            • Update: I just had sex. 3 sex session.

              1. 5min.
              2. 5min.
              3. 20min.

              Again, I was hungry when I lasted 20min in bed. Is there something I eat makes causing my Pre E? Im suggesting people who have pre E comparing their their foods they eats daily. Maybe we cam find some patterns.

              Exersises I have done lately:
              1. Abs workout
              2. Upper back stretches
              3. Glans squuezing rigth after ejaculation

                • Hey man, so from what I read in your log, it's mostly the abs workout and frequent sex that gives you best result? Asking as I have the feeling when I was doing regular abs exercises my PreE was not so bad..

I have done many different style of abs workout and none of them were working except this one from youtube video https://youtu.be/yRbMc4Ql4Cc at 3:40 - 6:40 minutes. There is another member cured from pre e by doing these exersizes from the video.

                    • ...I dont know why these exactly abs workout is working. Other abs workout is not working.

                        What I have done:
                        1. Flat feet stretches
                        2. Upper back stretches
                        3. Chest stretches
                        4. Stop eating chili
                        5. Taking over dose of omega-3 supplements

                        I dont believe all of these things helps my premature ejaculation. I just want to write them down just in case. I believe maybe number 1 and 4 helps my pre.
