  • Edging as an Alternative to Jelqing?

    Thoughts on replacing jelqing with edging for EQ purposes only? Currently not interested in girth at this point in time, only length and stamina. This would mean my routine would consist of manual stretches (for length) and edging for eq & stamina.

      The one thing that jelqs do for me that I can't get from most other exercises is super hard erections. Those hard-ons that are so hard they hurt in a good way.
      (Late 1999): 6" BPEL x 5.25" MSEG
      (Early 2001): 7" BPEL x 5.75"MSEG (mostly Hanging/Jelqing)
      Aug 16th 2015: 7.375" BPEL x 6" MSEG
      Goal: I have retired from PE - So my goal is just maintaining.

        Edging is indeed good for eq and stamina.

          I consider edging the icing and jelqing the cake.
          Start - 5.5 NBPEL, BPEL (wasn't measuring - probably around 6.5), 5.5 MEG.
          Current - 7.5 BPEL,
          5.75 MEG.
          Started 3/2013.
          All manual so far.

            However edging can be the core of a pe routine or even used as the sole pe exercise as described in the link in post 2 this thread.

              If the primary goal is to enhance or maintain EQ then edging is the go to exercise for this purpose.
              Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before
