I'm not saying gentle jelqing to restore circulation, but intense exercise. Or would it be too much stress?
I currently do 3 sets of 20 minutes in the morning, and at least one set of 20 minutes at night. I think the hanging is affecting my EQ. And jelqing makes it better.
