I feel like the pressure is somewhat crushing my sperm tubes that extend up my ballsac

Does the cushion on the x30 help this? Does the wider penomet girth help?

I had a very similar issue. For me, it took a bit of trial and error to figure out the best positioning. Also, there is a methodology behind building the pressure. I use gentle 'pumps' many times to increase pressure instead of a few strong pumps. Strong pumps put undue stress on your body.
