Beginner to bathmate hydromax 7

Only used 2 times but just wondering if the penis is meant to grow if you go in flaccid.

Also take note that I dont want to go in erected because i know my penis is not well conditioned yet to start pumping when erected.

Also it says to use pump for sets of 2-3 mins but my penis would usually go through a little bit pain not long after 30secs and wondering if it could be because of too much pressure.

You can use it flaccid, but best gains come from erect pumping. Work yourself up to a comfortable pressure and time. I started one minute at a time now I do medium to high pressure for 5 min. Just takes time to get used to it. Best of luck to you!

When I use either of my Bathmates or air cylinders I prefer to be semi erect at around 50%. I've found that I get better expansion without edema when I'm not fully erect. I don't do lengthy sessions with the Bathmate or my air cylinders. Typically no more than ten minutes in the shower with the Bathmate, and when I use an air cylinder I will usually do three ten minute sessions with 5 minutes of jelqing in between sessions. I typically use right around 6-8 Hg's of vacuum pressure and never go beyond 10 Hg's. I think my girth growth and vascular development speaks for itself, I must of done something right.

Yes I only pump fully erect. I tend to do pumping after stretching or jelqs because it works well for me, but find out what you like and try a few different variations.

If you are able to get a full erection under your own power then there should not be a problem with starting your workouts by going in the pump erect.

You would self-stimulate to get erect. If you feel you need porn to get erect then this is a problem. You are reinforcing this habit every time you train.

Yes it is and yea still using bathmate while flaccid for maybe atleast 2 months for my penis to get conditioned but i know the struggle of trying to get hard on purpose.

This is something that you can work on and is worth the effort. It's important to have a strong mind-body connection and direct your focus to the physical sensations of stimulation. Clear your mind, take the pressure off yourself, and be aware of what you're feeling in the moment.
