Anyone here got routines or links to their pe while using ?

I've used in the past to hospitalization but i'm going to give it another go for eq.

Thinking 20 mins after 20 min jelq and 10 min stretch ?

Then maybe stepping it up 1 minute a week until i reach 40 mins?

I know what my mistakes were in the past so i don't need to be told i went too hard too early..

Hours without condition..

As long as you use it last you should help minimize injury.

You would be better served by starting with a 15 minute session and adding one minute a week until you reach 20 minutes. At that point you can start to second session later in the day in a similar patern.

if your cheap pump has a gauge start at 4 hg and build up to 5 hg. If not, pump up until you feel slight discomfort and then back off slightly.

no gauge :) but i'll pump until that squeeze feeling then back off.
Ok so 15 mins slowly adding then prehaps a second session.
