I'm trying to get large and fast as well. I went straight to hanging, skipped all exercises. I feel that there is consistency with hanging, arm pressure, springs/tensioners that slip throughout the day, those are not consistent methods IMO. I started off hanging @5lbs, was doing slightly more with all day stretch. Went from 5.75" BPEL to 6.00" to 6.50", so I think it's working. I put on weight at a slower pace than most hangers, yet at the same time, hang for longer sessions. It took me many months to work up to the weight that I'm at now, and I'm hoping to get to my max weight within a few more months. I do 1-3 hours a day of hanging, and I feel like gains are coming at a comfortable rate. I dont ever look at 10" though, that's too far fetched. I'll aim for 8" right now, and if I start approaching 8, then aim for 10. 3 hours does give me an incredible workout, quite sore, maybe a little bit too sore for sex at times. Being asian and all, I dont think odds are in my favor, so I have to work hard and have high consistency for gains. I'de be quite happy with 8 bpel tbh, however, would love 10. I think most women can handle 10 if angled right. I have some sex toys that long and fill up the old lady without issue.....
