Possible to achieve my goal?

So my bpel is 6.45/6.5, Bpfsl:6.9/7 inches, my goal is to reach 10 inches, is this possible by doing 3 hours a day, first I do 2 hours in the morning for length then at the end of the day do 1 hour or more depending on the exercises, is it possible to reach 10 inches?
I combine high advanced routines and light stretch, before I was a 6 now I have gained .5 for 2 months.
Short term goal bpel:8.5 inches
Over all goal bpel: 10 inches

It has been done before but by only by a few people. Take a look at the PE Gym Top Performers list to get an idea of what the best of the best here have achieved and their routines. As you will see, the gains for you to achieve 10 inches are extremely rare, 8.5 is more realistic as a long term goal. You are likely looking at 2 or more years of dedicated and consistent PE to achieve 8.5 inches. Starting off with 3 hours a day will lead to overworking very quickly and possibly injury.

It is possible, but it takes a lot of hard work, dedication and time. Gains that you are experiencing are probably Newbie gains, from EQ. Your gains will slow down, but if you keep working out, stay motivated, listen to your penis what PI it shows, you are on a good way to achieving it.

Just read a lot here, ask questions and there are a plenty experienced members, which will help you for achieving your goal.

Don't start off with three hours a day. You need to build up to that, or you could hurt yourself. I believe it is possible. However, it will take a VERY long time (years and years) and require consistent, smart, and dedicated training.

I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

Pick one of the beginner routines and continue with it fo 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time, jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. Grip your penis below the glans when stretching and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel tension on your shaft.

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones

Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to

To be honest: the likelihood of you getting to 10" is very, very slim. Just to put your goal into perspective - no one in porn is 10 inches. Gaining 3.5" of EL is not unheard of, but it will take several years with unwavering dedication and patience. Not many men have those traits. You'll also have to conduct a lot of research.

This is my advice:- Take a step back and reevaluate your goals. Don't be disheartened at what I wrote above. Most men in 'big dick porn' are 7.25"-8.5" BPEL, with Mandingo as an outlier at around 9.5". Your short term goal of 8.5" would put you well over the 99th percentile, probably in the 99.9th percentile. I'd recommend changing your short term goal of 8.5" into your long term goal and your short term goal to 7.5" or something. Doing this would lessen the chance of you becoming disheartened and quitting because of PE not living up to your high expectations.

You may even find you're happy with 7.5" once you get there and heck why not? In a room full of 100 men as well as you, only two would be longer than 7.5".

KFH is correct to express doubts, but it definitely is possible for you to achieve your goal of 10" length.
At your current of 6.5" you are increasing length by around 50% to achieve 9.75".......quite doable, just the time and dedication required is standing between you and your 10" schlong!

It is possible but to be honest would commiting 3 hours a day to getting a 10" cock really make you happy.

I am all about moderation, and 3 hours a day is too much of anything in my opinion!

If you do reach your goal though you have some incredible dedication, it is not unheard of

So what would you recommend for me, I mainly do length exercises, so I cut down the time limit, I do about 4-6 exercises of length work and each of them contain 45 seconds of 10-15 reps and after all this I do jai stretch for light work, before I started this I would go to 3 days a week and just do light stretches this was about 3-4 months ago and now I have added up lititle by little, am I doing too much? Maybe my head is thinking too much of my penis that doing alot will get my goal.

I love this website so much keeps me motivated and informed about pe stretching, thanks guy, I might make my short term goal a 7.5 or 8 for now, but I'm still thinking big, not going to give up, I literally feel like if I miss one dat I miss an opportunity to reach it.

Doing a lot will not get you to your goal faster.. it'll put you on the sideline with a broken dick with no PE, sex, or even jerkin'. Your first 90 days are for conditioning only, although some if not many, have made gains during this period. Start light as fawk.

Ten inches huh? Why ten inches? Do you have a large fatpad?

I think you will temper your goals the more you spend time reading these forums. There is a ton of information out there and thousands of progress logs of people to look at to see others routines and time progression. It also helps to realize what the average size of a penis is in this world and focus on reality, not what you may have viewed in porn. Truth is that your dick is above average to begin with, so you should be happy right out of the box. Everything from this point forward is a bonus. Worst thing about setting goals that large is that you become unmotivated when you see you aren't going to get there. Smaller, shorter term goals are those that truly motivate. As mentioned, you also don't want to fly out of the gate too fast and pound yourself too hard. There are also plenty of threads where guys have broken there units from overwork. Would advise that you read some of those threads too so you don't make the same mistakes others have.

Maybe you are right, it's because when one day I started to do 3 hours I literally saw a major change, but I read some of the experts thread and they said they only did 2 hours max, I'm starting to change my mind about this, thank you, going to change my short term goal to 7.5, do you think it might be okay to do 3 hours like atleast 2 days a week? Or 3?

I'm trying to get large and fast as well. I went straight to hanging, skipped all exercises. I feel that there is consistency with hanging, arm pressure, springs/tensioners that slip throughout the day, those are not consistent methods IMO. I started off hanging @5lbs, was doing slightly more with all day stretch. Went from 5.75" BPEL to 6.00" to 6.50", so I think it's working. I put on weight at a slower pace than most hangers, yet at the same time, hang for longer sessions. It took me many months to work up to the weight that I'm at now, and I'm hoping to get to my max weight within a few more months. I do 1-3 hours a day of hanging, and I feel like gains are coming at a comfortable rate. I dont ever look at 10" though, that's too far fetched. I'll aim for 8" right now, and if I start approaching 8, then aim for 10. 3 hours does give me an incredible workout, quite sore, maybe a little bit too sore for sex at times. Being asian and all, I dont think odds are in my favor, so I have to work hard and have high consistency for gains. I'de be quite happy with 8 bpel tbh, however, would love 10. I think most women can handle 10 if angled right. I have some sex toys that long and fill up the old lady without issue.....

Ayyee got almost the same length gain, that is tru manual stretching does get tiring, but I don't know 10 inches is just something I would love, I have tried hanging for a bit but I feel if manual stretching is better affect for me.
