Hello!
I just finished JP90 last week and I want to know if I should take a break for just 1 week. I don't know why, but lately I have lost the length and girth I gained (0.3" and 0.2" respectively) and I am feeling a little down because of this. I already know I am going to keep doing the JP90 but with a little more focus on length and less on jelqs (because my girth is pretty decent).
I feel like I am a slow gainer and I know I have to keep doing this if I want to reach my dream that is 8" BPEL and 6" girth.
Right now I am at 6,5" and 5.4" girth. Two months in the routine I was at 6.8" BPEL and 5.6" girth, my glans looked huge and erection quality was perfect.
What do you guys think? A little 1 week rest or just keep going?
