Hello! Okey, so i have possibly a problem here, i don't know. This is at least something i want to understand better.
I hear a lot of people gaining temporary gains after a session, as much as 0.5 inches etc. I can't get those temporary expansions. They say those temporary gains will be permanent eventually. What about me? I don't get those temporary expansions after workout. Though i still gain! But it has slow down drastically. I talk about girth now. Does anyone have any thoughts or can help me get a better understanding of this? Basically my measurements are the same after sessions, they only tend to get bigger the next day in terms if have gained anything. Like 0,1 - 0,2cm gains at a time, not bigger!
I don't want anyone to tell me: "You are gaining, don't bother" I want to know, i'm curious and wants to get more knowledge. Thank you!
