Exercise tips when recovering from HF

Just wanted to get some insight on what exercises/types of exercises are ok when recovering from hard flaccid. A few questions to get started.

Weightlifting? no deads and squats? is core and upper body okay?
Is biking okay if you don't sit down?
If you sit down at work all day is there an optimal way to do so?

Any tips and tricks here would be great. Good luck to all.
