Hi all. I want to try the AP 90 routine to improve my EQ, but it states that I can't have sex either for 90 days. That's a problem with my girlfriend, she enjoys intercourse about 4 times a week, and her needs call for 20-30 minutes of action. I want to give that to her, but I also want to improve my EQ, because a lot of times I'll lose my erection after 15 minutes. Any advice? Side note I do watch a lot of porn and just recently stopped so hopefully that counts for something. I have noticed I do not get morning wood since I stopped watching.

Well if you are silly enough to believe then why cheat? It of course may be a bit difficult to explain your gf that it takes 90 days not to touch your dick so that on 91st it's perfectly fine again. It's a bit like someone wanting to improve strength chooses not to go to the gym for 3 months. Morning wood has nothing to do with watching or not watching porn. Good luck.

No sex for 90 days??? I must not have read that. I did JP90 and didn't change one thing in my sex life. For that matter I thought JP90 might be more then my dick could handle so I did less days and reps. It worked fine for me.

Stop the porn. The more I read about it here the more it seems to be a very problem.

I had the oppose thing happen to me. I hadn't had morning wood for a while (years maybe?) and a few weeks into I started having wood every morning. After a year I have morning that I'm not even sure I had when I was 18.

Where does it state that you can't have sex during the JP90? Never let PE get in the way of sex.

Quitting porn is a good first step towards helping your erection problem. You might want to consider edging for as long as you can, it may help you work on longer lasting erections.

Thanks for the reply guys. I wasn't referring to the JP 90 routine, I was referring to the anti porn 90 day challenge. That one requires no masturbation or sex to rewire the brain.

There might be many different theories regarding this, but I always thought the point was to get away from the over-reliance on visual stimulation that can develop from watching porn. Not sure how "normal" sex would interfere with this, and I'd never dream of abstaining from it. Maybe do it with the lights off if you find yourself getting off from visual cues too much?
