i will be starting my PE today doing basic jelqing or sides? what do you recommend? i also dont think i have great EQ. should i focus on EQ first? whats a good standard EQ technique if i should? and would i incorporate anything else while doing the EQ techniques? any tips for a noobie i should be aware?
im wondering if after the 'workout' if taking BCAA would help in promoting muscle. im currently taking it since i do p90x3
