This is Publilius, tuning in for an update.
I have decided to make a plan to be able to continue doing JP 90's routine even while in school. I have to wake up 30 minutes earlier on weekdays, but that is okay. I will get used to it pretty fast. I already made a routine for myself, making sure to focus on conditioning myself psychologically more than anything else. As long as I don't feel like the workout is a hassle, then I am happy with the workout.
So far, my initials are (all bone pressed):
Flac.:
L: 3.50 ''
G: 1.20"
Erect:
L: 5.20"
G: 1.50"
I will measure again in a month, so on August 11, 2014 I will post another update.
Love this website. In my opinion, the most important part, and one that should be stickied to the JP 90 beginner routine, are posts like Big Al's on the home page where he talks about burnout. Burnout is something that I almost experienced once or twice. But I remembered to think of my training as a ritual, something that should be pleasant and relaxing for me. I will always keep this view of the training, so that it is something that is not a hassle but rather a way for me to unwind before the day begins!
