Hi.
I am not on any specific multiple orgasm training programme but I am doing regular kegels and start-stop edging.
Till recently I've been doing just stop/start edging where I try to reach close to the PONR and then just stop.
But now I've been doing it for a while I can recognise when semen is filling up and ready to eject.
So recently, I have been reaching closer to the PONR and kegelling just hard enough and for 10-15 seconds to cause the semen to subside.
What's left is a weak erection which I restore to a hard one with stimulation. I can do this indefinitely.
Any thoughts?
