2 weeks into the jp90 and during my workout i will forget to do kegels during a jelq most of the time. I remember reading on one of the forums I read, (perhaps rbi's post about something that still slips my mind) telling me to hold a kegel as I jelq but sometimes I can't tell whether or not i am even kegeling due to all the other force unto my dick that is distracting my mind from the pelvic floor muscle nerves.
Usually when I urinate though, I will stop the flow 4-5 times, however that is the only time I can truly sense that I am kegeling.
Questions: 1.What are kegels helpful for? 2. How should I incorporate them into my workout effectively (if I should)? 3. Are there any tips in which I can make doing kegels easier when I am not peeing?
