Kegels? What for?

2 weeks into the jp90 and during my workout i will forget to do kegels during a jelq most of the time. I remember reading on one of the forums I read, (perhaps rbi's post about something that still slips my mind) telling me to hold a kegel as I jelq but sometimes I can't tell whether or not i am even kegeling due to all the other force unto my dick that is distracting my mind from the pelvic floor muscle nerves.
Usually when I urinate though, I will stop the flow 4-5 times, however that is the only time I can truly sense that I am kegeling.

Questions: 1.What are kegels helpful for? 2. How should I incorporate them into my workout effectively (if I should)? 3. Are there any tips in which I can make doing kegels easier when I am not peeing?

Hi chubs, im new to PE but I have been kegeling intermittently for 12 years, my answers to your questions:

1. kegels strengthen the muscles the pelvic floor, these muscles are responsible for holding the bladder and prostate in their correct place within the body, which is quite important for their health, maintaining PF strength can help prevent prostate enlargement and incontinence later in life also they help hold blood in the penis when erect and the strength of their contraction helps the force of ejaculation. Having a strong pf will give harder erections and help your cock be as big as it can be at the time.

2. based on your third Q. I think you should spend a few weeks doing kegels outside of your PE sessions FWIW I kegel just before i grip at the start of a jelq then release either midway or at the end of the jelq depending on how fatigued my pc is on the day.

3. check out the stuff on penis and pf anatomy it can help with isolating the muscles if thats the trouble. sit, lie, stand (try all three and see which one gives you the best feeling) and kegel take a few minutes to relax your whole body before beginning, when you kegel pay attention to the rest of your muscles - do they tense up? consciously relax them if they do, this will make the kegel contraction stronger, keep at it and you'll get it.

once you have the hang of it set yourself a routine but always have at least 24-48hrs between kegel workouts, muscles need rest.

Kegels will give you stronger, harder erections. They also allow you to "Shoot" further when
you orgasm.

I find that it's best to do kegels during the day i.e. not during your penis enlargement workout.

Kegels can be done in secret - so you can do them on the bus, in lines etc. You also
need to learn how to separate your kegel muscle from the muscle that clenches
your bum hole.

You dont want to be exercising the wrong one.
