trouble with eraction and stamina

Hi guys i just turned 24 .I had an incident about 7 years ago where after masturbation i could not get an erection . My penis just shrunk and felt life less. I went to local GP and he gave me some medication and it became better .Then I tried nasal spray provided by a medical institution in Australia. It was expensive treatment and i started to have hard rock erections sometimes three times in half an hour but my time was not improving .I used to masturbate allot sometimes twice a day. So i quit that one and now from last one year i started to feel that my erection is going weaker. About month ago I bent my penis during a sexual activity and it was painful for first few days on one side . When i was getting an erection i could feel like kinky pain in head of my penis. As days passed i started to loose erection but there was bit of emotional disturbance too. I start to feel depressed and then i found about kegel exercises and start that workout .Now its getting better and today i felt very confident but erection was not 100%. I been doing kegels for almost ten days now . Is there anything else i can add up to my workout??? Should i see the penis moving in and out when doing kegels?? I really believe in kegels . Plz guys give me more information about kegels and how to do them 100% right .Plz help

Its gonna take a while with the kegals, just like any other exercise
So just stick to your routine and have fun. Going to an actual gym wont hurt either :p
