Exercises for uncut guys.

Hello, I'm from England, and I'm Christian, so I'm uncut. Most exercises for natural penis enlargement seem to be better for circumcised guys. Which makes perfect sense with PE probably being more popular in the US, and most guys being cut if they are from the US. I was just wondering if there was any exercises that would work well or better for guys who have a foreskin. I'm not too bothered if there isn't, I just thought it would be interesting if there was. I guess not, the inner structure of a penis is the same about in everyone, so the exercises will do roughly the same things for everyone, plus, and this I read somewhere, with stretches you'll force your own foreskin to grow a bit, which will help it cover you glans since your penis is likely to grown in legth, so it is always a good choice!

I do the stretches with my foreskin retracted, it allows you to stretch the penis itself rather than just the skin. Just grip behind the head. Jelqing I do with the foreskin retracted as well.

I'm going to have to check out some stretches. I don't think I've ever done them, apparently they can be good for girth too? I'm looking to add a little to the top right of my penis just under the head as my right corpora is a little smaller than the left up there due to be to me being a bastard for tugging when I was younger? I'm no good at following text instructions where it requires me to be doing an action. I need a video of some sort so I can actually see what to do but the ones on the forum seem to not be working. I'll look around and see what I can find. Thanks for the information, guys.

Yes it's easy to retract the foreskin when stretching. Our glans may be more oily and slippery and also oily on the inner foreskin, so I always use some baby powder. Using some baby powder if you're cut or not makes for a good grip for doing stretches.

Also dry jelqs are awesome for us foreskinned brothers, restored or natural. The foreskin allows me to jelq the entire shaft with a nice glide and of course without any need for lube. Stretched jelqs are also good.

I'm uncut, so I can chime in. I've never had a problem doing any exercise except tunica tugs (which just ends up becoming a foreskin tug :D). I can do every exercise, including stretches, bundled stretch, jelq, v-jelq, ULI, squeezes no problem. I don't pull back the foreskin either. It's really not an issue. If it is causing you discomfort, you can pull it back and do your exercises (but this would be worse for me, since I have a sensitive glans with the foreskin retracted).

Thanks a lot for the input. I'm going to try to expand my exercise list and add a couple more techniques. I'll check out the ULI's and stuff because I really want to gain a bit of girth. Come to think of it, the foreskin won't be a big problem. I'll just crack on and see which exercises work for me and which don't.
