Hello. I got my bathmate hercules about a month ago, and i feel as if im doing something wrong. I hear so many
people talk about how after one session it looks huge but mine still looks the same. I have done all that the instructions say.
I go in flaccid, and for the first pumps i start at 3 pumps, and 1 pump every 5 minutes afterwards. Is that not enough pressure?
do people do more? and im very curious. Is it possible to see good gains with just bathmate alone? i know it will priob take longer but i dont
have much time during the day to jelq or any other manual penis work. answers would be much appreciated. thank you.

Probably not enough vacuum, but it's better to be safe than sorry. Try this. Warm up with a hot cloth, or with your willy soaking in the Bathmate full of hot water for 10 or 15 minutes. Then stretch your penis, 30 seconds up, hen down, left then right, and finally straight out. Then get your penis semi hard and do 100 wet jelqs. Fill your Bathmate with warm water. Very warm, but not so hot it is uncomfortable. Insert your penis as erect as you can get it. Pump until no more water comes out. Every two minutes, make sure you give the Bathmate a pump. Don't try to squeeze every last little drop of water you can get out, but you should definitely not be able to easily pump more water out, and you should be able to feel that your penis is in fact, under vacuum. Don't pump until you're in pain. It should not hurt, but you should be able to feel the suction for sure. And I find re-pumping every two minutes is more effective than every five. As your penis expands, it displaces the water, so if you're waiting five minutes between pumping back up, you're probably not getting optimal vacuum for the last 2 to 3 minutes. You will find that when your pumping session starts, you are pumping out more water, more often as your penis starts to expand. After 10 minutes or so, you will notice less excess water being pumped out when you pump, as your penis will be close to it's maximum expanded size. Hope that helps.

Sounds like you're not pumping enough. Pump until no water comes out then pump every min or 2 after that to keep the pressure up. Since you're just starting don't pump for more than 10 min at max pressure. Work your way up to 20 min.

Yes and no. Once you pump to the max water will stop coming out. After a minute or two you penis will swell and stretch displacing more water and thus losing pressure/vacuum inside the bathmate. So you need to pump more to once again reach the max
