Hi i'm a beginner, after much research i've put together a program that would fit my time constraint and still be intense in hopes of getting gains
I will post my routine including my stats and goals. I wanna know if my goals are realistic in corrilation to my routine thanx :) Oh btw i have been told to use the jp90 routine and i have seen multiple begin routines i just don't understand the jp thing.... if you think my program is lacking something please tell me what got you the best results, even if its not jelqing, i want the quickest and most effective method of pe... understand i am 17 and i do obviously live at home... i am sexualy active and i'm into bodybuilding(no steroid use, no growth hormones) i just take creatine and whey isolate, with a multi vitamine and omega-3( i dont know if this information is useful im just stating it in case )

My routine is
Warm up 5-7 mins ( hot towel or barley bag)
tug kegels (so told the gland or head and preform kegels to hold 3 seconds) for about 10 mins
stretch multiple angles 5mins
circular strech 5minutes
dry jelq 10 minutes
go drink some water take a break for a few minutes
jelq and hold 4minutes
Cool down (hot towel or barley bag ) for 5 minutes

my current stats
erect 7" x 4.9
flaccid 4-5 length

my goal
after 3 months 7.25-7.5x 5
after 6 months 7.5(+)x 5.2
after 9 months 8x5.5
(all erect)
my final goal is to be 9x6

Well, really it depends on routine and genetics along with safe practices of course. Realistically, you may reach an inch in length in a year but more than likely not unless you are doing some serious hanging. Now girth is another issue because it is far more easier to gain in length than girth. The ratio is like 1/3 which means if you focus on length and girth, you may get .33 of an inch of girth to the the inch of length you gain.

Other things to consider, tunica layers, suspensory ligaments, diet, health along with genetics do play a major role.
