Sleep and PE

I am attempting to get back into PE, but I have a random sleep schedule. Keeping a sleep schedule is very difficult due to work and other activities, so my sleep is very sporadic. On good days I am able to sleep for about 4-5 hours. I am wondering if sleep will have an influence on gains. I know that sleep is essential for healing, but I am not sure about it. Does anyone else have odd sleep schedules yet manage their PE? Anyone know the importance of sleep and PE?

You need sleep for overall health, you need overall good health for good gains.

Yes, sleep helps your body recover. Which means your dick as well.
