Hello everyone! I found this site a long time ago, but now I am going to be diligent starting with PE. I think this site is amazing.

I have a few goals, in order of importance to me:
1) Fix penis curve - mine is like 30 degrees to the right!
2) increase penis head size - i saw my friends penis one day and i noticed that his head is probably twice the size of mine so that's one of my goals
3) increase lenght/girth - not really concerned with this one at the moment but after i reach my other two goals this wouldn't hurt.

I had a question though. I'm completely lost on how to make a workout for myself and my goals I've read lots of arcticals and forum threads but there seems to be some differing opinion, but i've tried to put together some sort of workout and hopefully you guys can help me out here.

Workout plan: (edit: finished plan below)
Avoid over doing it but only working out every other day
1) warm-up - take a nice hot bath and start workout during the hot bath
2) streaching - questions here. Concidering that i lean to the right, do i just streach to the left, or all around? How long should shreaching last and where do you grip it?
3) penis curve plan. I know under "exercises" it list jelq. But it doesn't specifically mention how to do it to fix penis curve. It has listed mini-jelqs specifically for curve, but i can't run the video. I am on my friends ipad and it doesn't support it. I downloaded every alternative browser but none do it. Looking mainly for advice here.
4) kegel? 50 reps of 5 seconds?

That's all I got so far. any help would be much appeciated!

Thanks,
Swift

Hi SwiftArcticFox, welcome to the Gym.

Check out the thread in the success forum called Top Performers. There's a section for guys who've successfully corrected a curve and what methods they've used.

If you haven't already, the sticky threads in the beginner section is a must read.

The JP90 is a popular beginner routine with a great track record. You may be able to follow this and just against the curve. I would recommend still stretching in all directions myself.

A rice sock is also a good way to warm up.

Good luck

4) kegel? 50 reps of 5 seconds?

1) Warm up sounds good, take the bath for 10-15 minutes
2) What I would recommend you do with the stretching is to stretch more so to the left then to the right. So if you're doing 30 second stretches in each direction, I would instead do 15 seconds to the right and 45 seconds to the left so it stretches the right side of the shaft more so the left side. The grip of a stretch should go under the glans (under the head of the penis). Remember not to squeeze nor pull to hard while stretching.
3) The videos have to be remade because it's a broken link. To help fix curves using jelqs, you should jelq AGAINST the curve after every 3 or so jelqs. This mean you jelq normally (straight) two or three times, then jelq while curving your penis to the left, then straight a couple more, then left again, etc.
4) If you're looking for a kegel routine, check our RBI's, it's great for beginners. https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginners-forum/11513-6-1-2-minute-kegel-routine.html . Don't forget about reverse kegels also. Here is the link on how to do them: https://www.pegym.com/forums/premat...101-premature-ejaculation-pelvic-balance.html . You should do 30% of the amount of normal kegels for the reverse kegels. What I mean by this is, for example, you do 60 1 second kegels for the first part of RBI's routine. So you should be 30% of that for reverse kegels. This will equal to 60 one second kegels, then ~20 1 second reverse kegels. Then RBI's routine says to do 12 5 second kegels, so you should do that, then ~4 5 second reverse kegels, and so on. Sorry if this is hard to understand, it's hard to explain :D.

Good luck and happy PEing!

[Well, I learned my lesson. Never type something out a lot without saving it somewhere as you go. I typed out everything, switched to a new tab, and when I switched back it reloaded the page and deleted all of my post. I am not a fan of my friend's ipad.]

Wow! So many replies, so fast. Thank you all for your help! I think I have now compiled a good workout for myself. I'll post it here and if you guys think it needs some revisions, please let me know! But first thank you all again for all of the awesome replies.

First Here are some of the links you suggested. (compiling everything here to make it easier for me to look at)

Measuring Stretched Flaccid Length (BPFSL) - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness
Penis Stretching - Penis Exercise For Size and Hardness

Awesome info. Now lets see if I can make a good workout out of all these sources. Again, if you have any suggestions, please post!

===Edited for pe4life's suggestions===

Workout Plan (On 5 days, Off 2 days):
1) Warm up - Take a hot bath for 10 to 15 Minutes
2) Stretching
---A) Gym's regular Stretching Plan plus pe4life2's Modifications
------1) Grab right below the head
------2) Stretch Down for 30 Seconds and do quick Kegels during
------3) Stretch Right for 15 Seconds and do quick Kegels during
------4) Stretch Out for 30 Seconds and do quick Kegels during
------5) Stretch Left for 45 Seconds and do quick Kegels during
------6) Stretch Up for 30 Seconds and do quick Kegels during
------7) Helicopter Shakes - 20 revolutions
------8) 10 Big Circle stretches rotating clockwise
------9) Helicopter Shakes - 20 revolutions
------10) 10 Big Circle stretches rotating counter-clockwise
------11) Helicopter Shakes - 20 revolutions
3) Jeqls - 60 to 70% erect - 50 reps, 3 to 4 seconds per rep.
--- Both hands count as 1 Jelq.
--- Wet or Dry (JP suggests Wet, I'm going to do Dry
--- JP's Plan is to do these jelqs straight out. Follow pe4life2's modification to do a jelq against the curve every third jelq.
4) V-Jeqls - 30 reps
--- JP's Plan is to do these v-jelqs, up, then up left, then up right. My modification is to drop the 'up right.' Then it would be only straight up, and up and left (against curve)
5) Repeat 50 Jeqls and 30 V-Jelqs
6) Repeat again for a total of 150 Jeqls and 90 V-Jelqs
7) Warm Down - Add more hot water to bath, and warm down.
8) Relax ^_^

On off days:
1) Kegel Exercises - RBI's 6.5 minute Kegel workout (Modified to 11 minutes by pe4life2)
---1) 60 one second kegels, 20 one second Reverse Kegels
---2) 30 second break
---3) 12 five second kegels, 4 five second Reverse Kegels
---4) 30 second break
---5) 6 ten second kegels, 2 ten second Reverse Kegels
---6) 30 second break
---7) 3 twenty second kegels, 2 fifteen second Reverse Kegels
---8) 30 second break
---9) 2 thirty second kegels, 1 twenty second Reverse Kegel
---10) 30 second break
---11) 1 minute kegel, 1 thirty second Reverse Kegel
2) Relax ^_^

Well that's everything I could piece together. Thanks again for everyone's helpful and fast post! Special thanks for pe4life2 for helping me modify the program for my goals and his explanations!

Good luck FOX!

I hope that you were making a star fox reference. I was laughing my head off. Some of us foxes are sly, But some of them need that luck!

Thanks,

Routine looks good man. Here's something you can do with the stretching; combine both of them. You can do:

1 Set of 30 second stretches in each direction (The whole Plan A)
Helicopter shakes
10 Big Circle stretches rotating clockwise
Helicopter shakes
10 Big Circle stretches rotating counter-clockwise
Helicopter shakes

That could be your stretching routine. And to answer your questions on how to do the helicopter shakes and circle stretches; Helicopter shakes are pretty much just grabbing the base of your flaccid penis in the OK sign (jelq grip) and just twirling your wrist so your penis looks like helicopter propellers. Just like holding a chain or a necklace and spinning it around, same concept.
As for the circle stretches, all you do it grab the penis under the glans (by the way, don't grip it one inch under the head, thats too far. It should be right before the head starts, if that makes sense. Just make sure your not gripping the head). After grabbing the penis under the glans, pull out and up like a normal up stretch, and rotate your penis around in a big circle. Starting from up direction towards your belly to the right then down then left then back up. It should be one slow motion with no stopping, and the penis should be stretched at all times. One whole rotation counts as one rep. If you're still confused, thing of the big hand (seconds) on a clock, going from 12 o'clock all the way around back to the 12 o'clock, just without the stopping.

Jelqs: If you do want to do dry jelqs you can.
V Jelqs: Good modification, I totally forgot to mention to skip the right V Jelq, but you caught on :D

For the kegel routine, I recommend you do them on your rest days.

If you have any more questions, feel free to ask, we're all here to help. Looks like you have a solid routine, good luck brotha!

Hello again.

It's been a while, but I needed to ask one thing.

This whole month I really haven't seen too much progress. I was hoping that I could at least see a degree. This morning I did a wet jelq and applied more grip than normal. I was amazed at the difference. It just felt... like it was working better. Anyways, when I was finished there were tiny red spots around my penis, I believe micro tare blood vains.

My question is, have I been going too easy and achieving nothing and I need to bring it to this level.
-OR-
This is bad/dangerous and will hurt instead of help and I should stay at the level I was at and be patient.

There is no pain. Just a tiny bit of soreness for a few minutes.

I will stick with the easy going until I get some responses.

Thanks so much!

Swift

I got red spots when first starting, and I think the more conditioned a guy becomes, the less likely you are to have red spots. It's hard to say without knowing first hand how lightly you were gripping before. I do find that keeping the grip light for jelqs is still effective for me and feel better than a stronger grip. I was jelqing at higher intensity for a while and I lost my morning wood. Lightening the grip was still effective and brought my positive PI's back.

With stretching, you need to find the "Goldilocks zone" as I like to call it. Strong enough to have a good stretch but not so much that it causes distress to the penis. You can tell if you have been in the Goldilocks zone by both measuring you're BPFSL during exercises, and also if you have a good flaccid hang after your exercises. If you find you're turtling aftewards, it probably means you're being too forceful. It's something you have to figure out with practice, but watching these body clues will assist you.
