I've been using the extender for over 8 months and have only gained .25 in in el. I'm a little disappointed about my gains with the extender since I payed $500 for it.I've been doing pe exercises now for a month and have already gained .25 in bpel. I started at 5 in bpel then gained .25 with the extender which was a painful process for me. Then added .25 in bpel in a month by exercising . I'm Now 5.5 bpel by 4.5 girth. I desperately want to reach 7.25 in bpel and 5.25 in girth. Is that too high of a goal. I haven't measured in 3 1/2 weeks and I see more gains but I don't want to measure yet. I believe I have definatley pass 5.5 in bpel. My work out consist of :
10 minute warm up in hot shower, cupping my hands around my penis like a cup as hot waterb falls and surrounds it for 10minutes.
50 jelqs with my jelq device and 15 Manuel jelqs against my curve.: I make every rep count.
Stretch : in every direction and hold it for 20 seconds.then stretch in every direction nine times giving a slight tug at the end of each stretch . Followed by the helicopter stretch with both hands.
40 kegals and hold each rep for 5 seconds.
Finishing up by edging and I do that 5 times before I nut.
Then obviously my warm down which is the same process as my warm up.I increase my reps every week by 15 jelqs and 10 kegals.I workout 2on 1off
It's definatley working as my length and girth have increased by only doing this for 3 1/2 weeks so far. My stamina has also increased. All I can say is I believe in PE. Even though I've only gained .25 inches in erect length in 3 1/2 weeks. I hope my gains continue.I'm a beginner and I hope to achieve my goal by decenmber, I want to bring in the new year by being 7 inches long!!!
