Hello all!
I'm new here and excited to get started. I read several posts, watched some videos, etc. and have decided to go with a combination of PESG and JP's program.
I will put measurements in here tomorrow, but for now, I'll note that length is my priority, both flaccid and erect. I am about 5" BPEL I believe, and this really hurts my confidence. Even more painful for my confidence may just be my flaccid length. I also have some webbing. I think this combination makes PE a little harder to do right, since I have very little unwebbed flaccid length to work with. But I'll do my best and log religiously! My goal is to get to 6" BPEL - I'll reevaluate from there. I want to feel comfortable naked, not necessarily have a dick my lovers will brag about.
My very first PE session:
7 or 8 minutes of warming up with warm towel
5 minutes of helicopter, left, right, down, and up stretches
10 minutes of wet jelq's with about a 3 second tempo
5 minutes warming down with warm towel
Notes:
I found the wet jelq's very difficult to accomplish without having my erection get up to 75-80%. Whenever it went up to 80% I stopped and waited for it to go back down to about 60%.
I found it a little awkward going longer than 3 seconds per stroke with the wet jelqs because of my short FL. Should I make these strokes take longer anyway?
I will buy flax seed to make a rice sock today.
Is it truly advised to edge after every session? PBER says to, but that would really add some time to my sessions...
