Hello all!
I'm new here and excited to get started. I read several posts, watched some videos, etc. and have decided to go with a combination of PESG and JP's program.

I will put measurements in here tomorrow, but for now, I'll note that length is my priority, both flaccid and erect. I am about 5" BPEL I believe, and this really hurts my confidence. Even more painful for my confidence may just be my flaccid length. I also have some webbing. I think this combination makes PE a little harder to do right, since I have very little unwebbed flaccid length to work with. But I'll do my best and log religiously! My goal is to get to 6" BPEL - I'll reevaluate from there. I want to feel comfortable naked, not necessarily have a dick my lovers will brag about.

My very first PE session:
7 or 8 minutes of warming up with warm towel
5 minutes of helicopter, left, right, down, and up stretches
10 minutes of wet jelq's with about a 3 second tempo
5 minutes warming down with warm towel

Notes:
I found the wet jelq's very difficult to accomplish without having my erection get up to 75-80%. Whenever it went up to 80% I stopped and waited for it to go back down to about 60%.
I found it a little awkward going longer than 3 seconds per stroke with the wet jelqs because of my short FL. Should I make these strokes take longer anyway?
I will buy flax seed to make a rice sock today.
Is it truly advised to edge after every session? PBER says to, but that would really add some time to my sessions...

Today's Workout:
Warm up with hot water cup + warm towel (10 minutes)
Stretches with kegels per JP's workout: heli's, left, right, up, out, circles (about 10 minutes)
Wet-Jelqs 15 minutes
10 minutes edging

Notes:
Still having trouble keeping the erection down during the wet-jelqs. So I generally got about 5 jelqs in before I took a break (usually when I was around 80%, wait till it went down to 60-70%). I know this is normal for a beginner so I'm not worried about it.
I think the fact that I still feel a bit like im masturbating when I jelq contributed to a very short edging session. I bet edging will gradually take me much longer. I'm going to edge 2/3 sessions and finish 1/3.

Measurements:
BPEL: Just under 5.25 in

Will get the other measurements soon.

Notes:
Still having trouble keeping the erection down below 70%, during both stretching and jelqs (more so for jelqs, stretching I can stay under say 60% consistently, shooting for 30%). But I'm trying. I know I'll get this!

16 minutes edging + a few minutes to finish

Notes:
I've started doing a few JAI's every time I hit the urinal. My penis was a little sore today so I kept the workout short. I'm taking the weekend off, and I probably will always take the weekend off, following a MTuThF routine.

I've already noticed a benefit - although my flaccid hang is still just as short - it's consistently at its most full and long flaccid state. Used to be it would vary in size a ton day to day. Now it's consistently at its max! I like it!

I switched to dry jelqs and had much less trouble keeping my erection % in the ideal range. So these jelqs were done around the 60-70% level! I'm excited.
I've been doing like 15 minutes of fowfers just about every night. I think I skipped Saturday night.
I continue to do a few JAI stretches every chance I get.

Well, I missed a day yesterday, although I have been doing some manner of stretching basically everyday. Even if its just Jai stretches or tucking my flaccid into my waistband as I drive.

Today, I focused on really slowing down my jelqs and making sure they lasted 4-5 seconds, not just a count of 4-5. Had a little trouble keeping under 70% during the jelqing, but I got better at controlling erection level by about minute 10.

Not sure I'll get the chance to do much beside jai stretches over the next few days. We'll see.

Today was a first - I had trouble getting enough of an erection to do dry jelqs. I have to carefully balance how much I pay attention to my jelqs vs. how much I put my mind to other things in order to get in that 50-60% range. If anything, I usually go over but today I was distracted.

Also, today I was hanging a little small. Grrr.

Went out of town visiting family and didn't get any workouts in for the last several days. Hopefully this doesn't "set me back" from any possible gains I may have made. I'm going to wait until the six week mark to remeasure.

Taking some days off every now and then is good rest as long as your not doing it all the time. Good luck in your gains!

Also if you don't have as much time to add for edging as yo uwould like, Goingfor11by7 says that he always edged seperately from his workouts. I've been doing them seperately just in case i won't have time in my workouts and it feels awesome.

Thanks for tips, Raider! Indeed, I've been thinking of doing edging separately since I don't like spending more than 30 minutes on PE at a time - I like to break my day up into productive chunks of different activities when I can. Looks like you're making some good gains, too!! Congrats.

Notes:
I did about 5 minutes of extra static stretching last night, and I'm increasing the amount of time I spend stretching during my regular workouts. Given my length goals (esp. flaccid hang) I think this is a good way to go.

I've been slack on logging in here (but not in the excel spreadsheet that I keep)

3 days ago I did a bunch of stretching in the bath for about 10 minutes and 2 days ago I did my normal workout of stretching + jelqing. Yesterday I just did a bit of stretching. Will hopefully get in my normal workout today.
