Well the title says it all... I read that you can do fowfers instead of the warm up and cool down. I want to start JP's 90 routine (wanted to start it like 2 weeks ago but I can't seem to do it)
So will the fowfers be equivalent to warm up and cool down? And which ones should I do, the ones in bed or the ones where u sit on it? Also for how long and what else should I do? Btw it seems kind of hard to sit on it because my flaccid length is about 3"
