Alternating kegels: Perform a regular kegel then go right into a reverse kegel in a nice smooth motion. Not exactly going to give you more size, but will help you learn/master control. But yeah....Jais are fantastic also!
I'm a newbie (actually not even that, I plan to start after the 1st of the year when I can be more consistent). I like the simplicity of this stretch. Is this something that can be done by a newbie and should it be an every day or every other day kind of thing. Thanks in advance for any comments.
