Exercises for going to the bathroom

For my routine bathroom breaks I have been doing circle stretches (about 10) and some jelqs(also around 10).

Is this an effective way to help my growth?
Can you suggest more exercises for the toilet?

You could try JAI stretches.

Grab penis below glands and pull out parallel to floor for 2 sec holds.

Alternating kegels: Perform a regular kegel then go right into a reverse kegel in a nice smooth motion. Not exactly going to give you more size, but will help you learn/master control. But yeah....Jais are fantastic also!

What about for newbies?

What about for newbies?

I'm a newbie (actually not even that, I plan to start after the 1st of the year when I can be more consistent). I like the simplicity of this stretch. Is this something that can be done by a newbie and should it be an every day or every other day kind of thing. Thanks in advance for any comments.
