I've read many threads here, and the community looks serious and provides really good advices...I would just say something about the warm up: don't warm up your testicles, its' not good for them or at least for the spermatozoids, and no one really knows the long term effects of chronic high temperature to the testicles...So be careful and warm up only your shaft and ligament!
I'm a scientist and so the PE is quite a mystery that I would like to understand, because there is absolutely no proper explanation of how it really works...just hypotheses and from what I know there is no scientific articles talking about the PE gym.
Anyway, I've decided to start the PE experiment a week ago with the JP's routine for 90 days and see how it goes.
I'll take measurement once every two weeks and I will post pictures to share the progress with you.
I won't cheat with my gains, coz I think some people here exaggerates some gains they've got, because they don't take similar measurements each time, or just because they want to believe their dick growths more than it really does.
My BPEL is 7 with an upward curve and my EG is 5.75.
My goal is BPEL 8 and EG 6. If all this really works, I should be able to do it in a reasonable amount of time
